    Sir in indirect sequencing of encoding gene, how do we know that which part won't be removed in the process of splicing?

      1. Indirect sequencing is done from cDNA. cDNA is prepared from mRNA . thats avoid noncoding regions.
      2. Genome sequencing provide all coding and non coding regions.
      to know introns one can compare gene sequence done from genome and the sequence from protein or mRNA/cDNA
