just came back from a trip around Europe and in Italy its was a shame to see the streets were covered with mindless graffiti which takes the shine off the incredible streets and buildings. So to see how beautifully kept the streets and how people take pride in making their city beautiful in Morocco is great to see. For me i can't wait to go back to Morocco and see some of the other small towns and desert areas.

That happens too, as well as donkeys laden with large bundles led through the streets and the ladies just move to the side and continue their conversations. And if they have to do repairs to the streets or alleyways, they just start digging and people walk around the hole or the workplace.

You went too far to japan😂😂😂 it's an old symbol, and was the star in Morocco's flag from the 11th century to the 17th century.

Had to laugh when you said, "I really want to do a hammam. I've never actually been in one, I don't think" Trust me, if you had ever been in/done a hammam you would most definitely have remembered as itis an unforgettable experience!!!

You have encountered many hammans over the course of your travels in Morocvo, Turkey, etc. why do you think you chose to not go to one?

@@rebeccar4312 No particular reason. I've been to lots of saunas, hot springs, spas, etc. but somehow never went to a hammam.

At least ,people will be fit and robust living in such places. So much walking to do,in different terrains. No obesity or the diseases that come with it. It reminds me of your Santorini videos, the blue and white and the winding stairs .What happens after dark since there seems to be no lights in these alley ways?

Sorry but the symbol at 4.27 is called ربع حزب .the symbol was first adopted by the Moroccan old monarchy of al marinid dynasty . you can check the history of Morocco's flags and you'll see that .

At 8:42 is the most instagrammable location there. I wish you’d focus a bit more on the traditional things of the locality. For example you can mention the traditional dress or djellaba that is typically worn there.

Chaouen is a Berber word, the language of the indigenous people of Morocco. It means the horns, and its singular is Ich , The city was called by this name because it is surrounded by mountains resembling horns
