I'm glad SM Station decided to do an NCT ballad song because I feel like a lot of NCT songs are more upbeat and rap heavy that these guys who are power vocals, don't get many opportunities to really shine an unleash their true abilities.
I think Jaehyun has another song coming out this winter but maybe a collab with a female SM artist. They teased a couple winter songs coming and he was the one in the main teaser. So I have a feeling Jaehyun has another winter song coming out.

All of them did awesome, and as a Haechan bias, I live for him getting a time to shine (and he's improving so much, too!). But *damn* Taeil was on another level for this.

His cover has more views than Taeil’s feature with Sohlhee, Doyoung’s covers, even Taeyong’s actual solo song. People have always cared about Jaehyun’s vocal, it’s lame to reduce the people who stan him to only stanning him when he’s shirtless. They got his cover to that many views.

When I first watched this. The first two times Taeil did that I kept expecting him to resolve UP, and he kept resolving DOWN. And I was left wanting. Then he finally did on the last one and it was abso-f*cking-lutely amazing, and made the last one so much better.

At this point I still believe that Timeless is one of the best NCT songs out there, a song where you can perfectly appreciate some of their vocalist precious vocals, but even with that song being released some years ago I still feel like NCT vocalists have always been really ignored...getting another ballad now that NCT has become more popular is a really important move bc this might make new fans and just people in general realize how NCT is not just a group based on good dancers, rapers and visuals, but also we have a lot of powerful vocalist. We got 4 powerhouse vocalist on one song. The one that surprised me was Haechan. This video reminds me of EXO’s Miracles in December. Tae’s and Young’s high notes were a pleasant surprise to hear. Jaehyun was also very impactful but soft. A nostalgic way to end the year.
