Honestly SM artists are amazing! And NCT is so full of amazing vocalists! Other than these 4 great singers, there is also Xiao Jun, Chenle, Renjun, Jungwoo, Kun... I could keep on.

This music video has a lot of references to previous NCT music videos. For example the basket ball court is from Candle Light (by NCT Dream) which in turn is a reference to MFAL (also by Dream). The lantern is hinting at 127's Day Dream track-video, the elevator sound is of course for Elevator, etc. :)
You're right, a lot of people don't like Haechan's voice, it is divisive. If you go to forums about vocals, you'll see this. When I first heard it in Firetruck, I was like "Why is there a child singing?" I disliked it and it turned out I wasn't the only one because Haechan also said he hated how he sounded like a child in the album and wanted to delete the whole thing (I think he said this in the BTS of Coming Home). As time went by, I got used to his voice and he also grew up so it doesn't bother me much anymore.

Yet there’s a weird thing in kpop fandoms where fans/listeners can’t say anything “bad.” His voice in the early songs gave off exactly what you said, “why is there a child singing?” That’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I can see how someone might not like it. I like it especially in Dream. Also as he’s gotten older, more skilled and they’ve found a sweet spot to place his unique vocals, his sound feels essential to NCT.
