is that an Intake from intake kai? i just got one from amazon and i absolutely love it(‘05 Lincoln Ls V8) new coil packs and fuel injector change this weekend. 🙄🤣
What is the adapter between the intake pipe and filter?
Where did you get your intake from? I’ve been looking can’t find the ones for the gen 1
I bought it off eBay fitment isn't great had to make some brackets but I made it work added some good sound. (once the filter breaks in ). Lots of colour options too

No wonder why they recommend changing all the 8 ignition coils all at once because you had to take off half the top of the car😂
Ford coils for a V8 is 580 dollars for the whole set.
Thanks for info. Lincoln dealer wanted about $850 to change out all coils. This is after changing coil 5 or 6 a week ago. Lincoln Service hot line indicated change all. Car is getting too expensive to maintain and less than 10 mpg using premium! Aftermarket coils significantly less $. Aftermarket insurance dos not cover plug or coil repair, or front end repairs. It is practically useless. Phase-in of electric cars is going to be very rapid due to maintenance and operating cost of cars like this Lincoln.
@@normpeplow3813 Did you replace the coils or did the mechanic and did they use inferior parts? Your mileage is atrocious, that is worse than my Lexus GX 470.
$38 on amazon prime for the set. they will last one year, replace yearly w sparkplugs

@@fixitnripit8982 I’m having this problem with my Lincoln ls but it’s a v6 .... first it was the throttle body then the 02 sensors now I gotta replace a coil trying to figure out which is which.

I'm getting codes P0307 and P0308, does that mean I should replace the coils in cylinder 7 & 8?
I'm also getting P0442, not sure what that is..
I know this is late but yes that sounds like cylinder 7 and 8 im not sure about the other code though
