That’s simply because of the direction of the flow of circulation. It flows from arteries to veins, through the capillaries. So naturally, the fluid would have to come out of the capillaries on the arterial end, and would go back in the vessel on the venous end. Also, there is a need to form the interstitial fluid within a tissue. Hence, the net force that drives the fluid OUT is greater than the net force that pulls the fluid back IN; so that, some fluid stays out of the capillaries and becomes interstitial fluid.
@@VivekSirsPhysiology sir my question is that how with little plasma flow there is much increase in interstitial hydrostatic pressure ? How is it occuring?
sir y the small change in volume causes large increase in pressure in case of negative suction interstitial pressure?....bt in case of positive interstitial pressure..samll change in volume cause small change in pressure.....y so?
@@hafsahamid1703 if it's a negative interstitial pressure, it allows a better expansion of the parenchymal cells. So ....with less pressure, more volume. With positive pressure, interstitium will have a compressing effect on the parenchymal tissue. The tissue compliance will be less.
