You have to wonder if these “maps” are meant to be anything but stylized drawings without any real attempt at correctness or a mapmakers real idea of the places.
Compare these maps to current one and there’s definitely a resemblance. Of course there is artistic, creative inputs. They are illustrations afterall. ☮️
