I did not want to study science/medicine like everyone wanted me to. I fought the decision and went into an arts college. My father and extended family treated me like a loser. I did summer jobs and paid for my bachelors and masters in India. And then I got a scholarship for a second masters in the UK. And then I got a fellowship for my PhD in the Univ of California. That shut my dad and family right up! This murderer proved his father was right. If he was capable and strong he would have left home and become successful and proved his father wrong. But that takes guts and brains. This guy didn't have either.

nah bro. I'm top 5% at my uni. Bought a bike with my own money at 18. But my dad still abuses me blah blah. Some people don't deserve life. Let's not be too quick to jump to conclusions here
obviously not justifying what he ended up doing but how do we know what he's personally been through? like I know some parents who are really fucked up and when you create a bias among your children from a young age it does affect them in many ways be it their self esteem, academic choices etc don't you think? this decision was obviously extreme though but i am just curious
@. - The guy is an adult! If you don't like your family, just leave! Get a job and make it on your own. On one hand this guy didn't like his family but on the other hand he was pissed bcoz his father was writing some property away to his sis, he could have taken people to court for that in a few years, shows his priorities...why kill the entire family? What kind of sick mentality is that? Is this going to make his life better?
I know it's a lot to take in. Still, bro could've just waited to take off his career instead of acting on impulse or should I say instead of planning to slit their throats, favoritism, and comparisons are a very unhealthy and toxic mode of parenting, especially when here the dad was shaming his child for becoming a boxer. I think both parties were at fault except the sister.
comparison is a theif of joy and every asian parents does this which is makes no sense it does not progress but it hinders everything your confidence your morale your way of thinking parents are at fault too but humiliating son in public that doesn't sound good either neither he got the love from parents and nor he got from her sister(maybe) well that doesn't give him any right to take their lives it's natural to stay angry or depressed but he could've just focused on his career proved em wrong showed up regardless of his circumstances I don't concur any of his acts but both parents and son are equally wrong
It is common boy being a fav child. I have see my relatives giving all property to son. When in fact daughters are taking care of those old parents. In this case daughter was fav. The neglected ones feel bad or broken but they dont become criminals like this monster. This guy is pure evil. No sympathy with him
Not always parents are at fault. People have developed this general saying of blaming the parents but, after a certain age itself kids understand the difference between right and wrong. And yet if they choose to go for the wrong path, the parents aren't at fault.

Many daughters in the past and even majority of daughters even today face this discrimination but how many of them have committed such crime. Go deeper in society be it village or small town or big cities how daughters r not considered as heir. Then why he felt so privileged? Society has given excess of excess freedom to men, excessive privilege filled with pride n when things don't go there way they commit crime. Be it harassing women for rejection or family. This is not just a simple family fued but deeply ingrained problem
oh I think I agree with you on this, like the women kind of just accept it thinking it's just supposed to be that , while if the thing is not done according to the set norm it can cause ego issues for some men but obviously we don't know this person personally and what actually led him to act out in such a way, there could be much more reasons but the act is still not right obviously
Apni kahani se dusro ko judge mat karo , duaro ki kahani alag hoti hai , tum saaf saaf ye kyu nahi kah deti ki favertism galat hai ? Mene kai youtubers ko dekha hai jisme ho parents ka beta aur beti se relations ko darsate hain jisme aksar baap ladki ko fever karta hai lekin bete ko nahi aur vo to fir bhi natak tha lekin uske comments section to toxic feminism se bhare hue hain . @@Mira-pm3ni are you high?? who cares about what this good for nothing broke society says, leaving the parents is the best option, and here youre justifying the murders...get a life bro
When a person is conditioned to absuse especially from their own family, they grow apathetic. Even their mental health start deranging, how they justify actions is also twisted. They ain't sane. And the inheritance part was the final stroke, like not able to fit that rage of rationality and morality inside any longer. Then again people experience and emotions differ all the time
I don't think it was the property, but the exclusion within his own family that his father showed that drove him to this. The inheritance was the final nail in the coffin. Not saying that murder was the appropriate response, but I see where he was coming from.
Are you an idiot? Do you think if he had only murdered his father, his mother and sister would've been okay with it? Who knows, maybe they had a part in abusing him as well. They were dead in every scenario, be it as his father's accomplices or as witnesses to the boy's crime
The sister used to make fun of him and of course he was after their property it's his birth right According to Indian law u can't discriminate your kids on property issue Clearly the father and sister were at fault
May be we should not focus on who was right and who was at fault but we should see how things can get worse if you don't raise your own child with love and care and ofcourse good moral values.
At the end of the day, everything everyone lost, the family died, that boy's life is already down the drain. Theres no win win at all. I hope people realise this and start acting smarter rather than taking unwanted decisions in life
Nothing justifies his act.... problem is the way of thinking nowadays in youth... too much ego & zero effort for self development and put blame on parents. Girls' daily face such discrimination.. how many of them killed thier parents?
Are you stupid or what. Girls dont kill their parents because they learn to live with it and the ones who stand just leave their house. This kid was 20. Had he waited for 5 years he wouldnt have taken such a drastic step. I wonder kis level ka abuse hua hoga. That he took such step
Boys face way more pressure and discrimination than girls, it's not 90s anymore Daughters are legally entitled to 50% of both dad and husband's property whereas sons are not Sons literally carry the pressure of providing for family since teenage It's because of ignorance of people like u such crimes happen
You should specify the toxicity rising in the male youth because youth also consists of girls. My parents also f***ked my life out of their ego forced their career choice down my throat and I'm going to be 3 years behind in my actual career choice. I don't think about m****ering my parents.

Not justifying the murder, but this was preventable. Its high time like other nations Indian govt should also officiate policies against toxic and abusive parents. Parents mess their kids minds in the worst possible ways. Some treat their kids like pests and animals only because they can, they hold authority, the kids are dependable and parents hold power.
Dude if you use the same logic to everyone else. Every second girl in the village would be a serial murderer by that logic. Murderer like these commit crime cause of entitlement not abuse. His parents and sister were the abused ones
@ there you said it. Every village girl has another village girl she can relate to. But every urban girl/boy may not have friends being abused by their respective parents, which turns that one kid being abused resentful. Again, I am not justifying the act of murder (for which the kid will sure be punished by the law). All I am stating is that this was preventable. The kid wasn’t a born psychopath. There is a reason why corporal punishment was banned. So should be domestic child abuse.
RIP kavita and her parents. This is really heartbreaking. As a 20 y/o, my parents have almost been successfull in jeopardising my life too by forcing a career choice down on me. I'm going to be 3 years behind in whatever i start now. I still love my parents the most in the world tho. They could insult me and I'd still come back to them. It was not the case with Arjun he was VERY deeply hurt to take that step. It's unfathomable how much hate you could have for your family to literally m***er them. *I do not agree with people defending his actions* Some people really said "you reap what you sow" really mf? He could've packed his bags and left. But he m****ered his family with no impunity effectively ruining his own life too. I can't help but think how just decades ago, 90% of women and daughters were treated this way in their families. Not given share in property, not even considered worthy to be given much after thought. The dowry was to be handed to husband's family and they considered it theirs. In my own family, none of my maasi's got to complete their under Grad. Not given share in property. Their brother's got all of it, all the encouragement and help in education. Yet you don't hear of daughters m****ering their families because of ill treatment. So not only is this the case of severe mental health issues but ALSO gross entitlement. Now he'll rot behind bars and say bye bye to his boxing career.
I believe parents are not part of this whole situation. There was time sons gets beaten and use of much harsher words . But I believe today's movies series and neglected mental health is unknowingly unintentionally became the reason for such cases. May all those suffer rest in peace. And for son... I don't think God will ever forgive him.

That is not a valid reason to murder for god's sake. Parents do sometimes leash out their anger and draw comparison but at the end of the day you should be mature enough to articulate the fact that we do have a generation gap and the things that they do may be normal at their time. But we never heard a girl reacting like this at all. He probably consumed too much off sigma, alpha, beta, gama content and had this villian arc moment
This is such a sad and shocking case. JUST HEAR ME OUT.. First of all, for PPL saying what the boy did is 100% wrong-violence is never the answer, no matter how bad things get. But at the same time, we can’t ignore why something like this even happened. It seems like he was under a lot of pressure, and had no healthy way to deal with it. If he had talked to someone or more better - thought of what to do about his current overall state and situation , things wouldn't have gotten this bad. (But let me explain why he was not able to do so) On one hand, most importantly, the parents also missed the signs of what he was going through, instead just made it more worse as she explained in this vid like studies and his career and property stuff - they had to be supportve allowing him to share his struggles without fear of being judged or punished infront of frnds and stuff. It’s so important to listen and support instead of just haveing pressuring him to perform well in school or life. Another huge issue here is THE EDUCATION SYSTEM. It’s honestly a big failure in so many ways. Schools focus so much on rote memorization of stuff that has little to no value in real life. Instead of teaching us how to handle stress, communicate better, or deal with real-life problems, they fill us with facts and theories that most people never even use. There’s no proper focus on emotional intelligence, mental health, or even basic life skills. This system pushes kids into a corner where they feel like grades are the only thing that matter, and that’s such a harmful mindset. Social stereotypes just make it worse, with everyone expecting kids to achieve impossible standards and judging them if they don’t. If anyone out there is feeling stuck or overwhelmed like this guy had been, don’t keep it all inside and hold a grudge....There’s always a way out of tough situations that doesn’t involve hurting others or yourself. And as a society, we need to spread awareness about mental health and family communication. Cases like this shouldn’t just be news; they should push us to be kinder, more understanding, and more supportive of the people around us. We also need a better education system that actually prepares us for life and helps us grow as people. We need to learn the causes and make sure something like this doesn’t happen again.

Having a toxic family can be very traumatic. Favoritism and humiliation are very common in many Indian homes and parents and relatives openly display their preference to some children in the family and the other one feels neglected and struggles with low self-esteem. In fact, such children are also bullied and as a result, become easy victims of bullying in the outside world as well. The only thing you can do is study hard or try to find a way to become financially independent and then you can be your own master and live separately from your family. I faced some similar situations when growing up and was bullied very badly by the people in my family and right from childhood I knew that the only escape I had was to study and I did that to the best of my ability. Now I am middle-aged and live on my own with my pets. I live far away from my parents and relatives and it gives me so much peace. Don't sever your relations - just keep them on a long leash and maintain some semblance of relationship because you need people in life and the outside world can be more cruel than the family life you have known. For e.g. at least in this story the parents were not sexually exploiting him - if you become familiar with the kind of things that happen in this world then you will know that even if your parents/relatives are bad there are people much worse than them.
han karenge because we can relate to him. Sabke saath abuse hua hai. The only thing is he did jo hamne ni kiya because we knew it would land us in trouble and hamari zindagi kharab ho jaegi. Many of us have no empathy or love for our parents but only see it as a responsibility.
I think, he is lying. He only had planned to murder his sister to get property, but unluckily his mother got up and used bathroom and saw him doing this crime. So he had to kill her. Thus, both on same floor. Maybe he feared his father, reporting, he had to kill him too.
His father was at fault He treated his sister like queen and him like dirt, no child likes this Hy never appreciated his achievements and only praised his sister and his sister too made fun of him and the last straw was drawn when he gave his full property to his sister, which is totally wrong and illegal according to indian law If u are subjected to such discrimination since childhood, u end up like him
Did he really murder them for merely these reasons. Every other boy has a studious sister. And every father compares that dull boy to his intelligent sister. And of the marks he was a boxer it is obvious to have injuries in the hand.
Bad parenting and someone snapping had led to this tragedy. Most people would have just screamed, thrown out stuff and rushed out. There is something wrong with him or we are missing part of the picture because it is not normal to resort to such violence. Comparison is the thief of joy and public humiliation is the best way to get someone to truly hate and despise them. This lot did that and broke this guy's dignity, confidence and self-respect.
Absolutely infuriating case, own child doing this to his parents and sibling. But at the same time if his claims are true then quite disgusting that parents would behave this way with their own child as well. Some might say why attack the innocent sister, it's possible if the parents did create such a toxic environment then the sister adopting such toxic behavior towards him is also possible. Anyways he has ruined his life as well and I hope he is not allowed to enter society for most of his natural life. Hope people stop creating toxic environment for their kids...

I think parents should identify such traits and instead of forcing them to take up jobs they dont like, parents should refer to psychiatrist . Else they will simply end up in politics or as criminals.
Having been neglected by my parents I understand what pain that boy might have undergone. When you don't get support from your own family this is what happens.

Shocking! But a young boy killing his own family members is nothing new. The reasons mentioned is nothing surprising also. One may be introvert and quiet from the outside but that is NO sign that everything is ok with that person. There may be "devils" lurking in his mind (whatever may be the reasons)! Since he was academically weak and routinely scolded by parents he, therefore, suffered from a deep complex & frustration and lack of proper relationship with family members. In such a situation, any serious arguments may result in Violence!
He was going throught a lot. I know how it feels to be neglected by our own blood. I honestly cannot blame him or feel bad for his family either. But murdering them shows how much of a sorrow he was in and how mentally unstable he was.
The neglect he faced was surely brutal and which leads to a jealous and such provoked mindstate of his and parents responsible for such favoritism towards one child but that was an extreme step taken by him and should not be forgiven looks like he just snapped because of the property thing.

In the end, it's all about money. If he was really that fine with parents, he could've his own living and lived on own. I totally support the father's decision- it's his property and his call to decide who gets what. Spineless youth can't make half of what their parents made and hide their lack of competency under the rug of poor parenting.
Siding with a murderer is what's everything's wrong with the society these days.
So many girls I know are being discriminated in comparison to their brothers, heck they do all chores , get good grades and yet chahiye toh beta hi sbko.
(But let me explain why he was not able to do so)
On one hand, most importantly, the parents also missed the signs of what he was going through, instead just made it more worse as she explained in this vid like studies and his career and property stuff - they had to be supportve allowing him to share his struggles without fear of being judged or punished infront of frnds and stuff.
This is SO REAL.
Man THIS is the stuff we should be pushing for politicians to talk about. This and the recent judicial failure which pushed a man to commit suicide in false case. And RG kar. And pollution. And dirty streets and waste dismanagement.
I can't bring myself to take people screaming Hindu-Muslim serious bro like we are in a WAY BIGGER MESS GOING AHEAD. religious politics is RUINING india PERIOD. I don't to fuck in hear about r₹&d cases when it's a muslim man ONLY when we should be talking about the collective problem of R₹&e. I'm so tired. Psychiatric problems are real problems. Our society has failed to treat them as problems
I have schizophrenia i hate my family very much even I don't want see them but it doesn't mean I take everyone life now I'm fine they abuse me everyday they laugh at me but simply i ignored them and don't say a word they all are narcissistic
Unfortunately this will keep happening as life in our country is very hard
This is the harsh reality of the toxic manner in which Indian parents raise their children! Stop being so cruel to your own children.
" 'nursing' a grudge " is such a strange use of the term. We would like to nurse our parents to good health always
Now I will never look at my brother the same😅.. sometimes I feel like sons should be given space after they are officially adults..as it is that girls and boys have different ways of coping with stressful situations..girls just take it personally and cry about it, but somehow accept that society will never respect them..but boys find it hard to accept that not everyone is gonna give u validation and applause your efforts, sadly definitely not South Asian parents..
Be careful 😂, he might be coming for you 🤣.

Every kid deserve a parent but not every parent deserve a kid
Pushing somebody so much always creates a rebel!!!
Anybody is a killer if pushed too far
: tupac
This is clearly a dubious investigation, somebody who was dwelling in a grudge against the family saw the chance and blamed the son for their misdeed
Parents should communicate with their childs in a healthy way.... should be supportive...and also should teach them moral values....
Rip 🙏
I completely understand the guy here. However, for those reading and facing similar situation, wait it out. The beauty about time is it changes.

han karenge because we can relate to him.

Maybe he feared his father, reporting, he had to kill him too.
you should be a detective
His father was at fault
He treated his sister like queen and him like dirt, no child likes this
Hy never appreciated his achievements and only praised his sister and his sister too made fun of him and the last straw was drawn when he gave his full property to his sister, which is totally wrong and illegal according to indian law
If u are subjected to such discrimination since childhood, u end up like him
Ja na chomu, lagta hai jiyada sabdhan india dek liya hai 😂😂
As they say...Villains are not born, they are made.
Ego and pride kills everyone😢
Absolutely infuriating case, own child doing this to his parents and sibling. But at the same time if his claims are true then quite disgusting that parents would behave this way with their own child as well. Some might say why attack the innocent sister, it's possible if the parents did create such a toxic environment then the sister adopting such toxic behavior towards him is also possible.
Anyways he has ruined his life as well and I hope he is not allowed to enter society for most of his natural life. Hope people stop creating toxic environment for their kids...

Indian parents and their obsession with science especially doctor engineer jobs they and society need to grow up many one of my friend excellent at humanities subjects is forcefully made to prepare for neet
But killing whole family is never justified.....
This guy obviously was a psychopath and had crimimal tendencies. May be the parents were unaware in a scientific sense.
I think parents should identify such traits and instead of forcing them to take up jobs they dont like, parents should refer to psychiatrist . Else they will simply end up in politics or as criminals.
I can't blame the son entirely family ki bhi glti thi.. I am blessed 🙏 to have supporrive parents
Having been neglected by my parents I understand what pain that boy might have undergone. When you don't get support from your own family this is what happens.
Because of his father uska mental health bachpan se hi kharab hai. Kuchh parents kaise hote hai na apne bachho ko barbad kr dete hai aur phir bachhe unko.
Nah that kid is a big L
Bad parenting. The sister was the golden child and this poor guy was a scapegoat. The guy definitely endured Narcissistic abuse.
How do you know that for sure ?
@joejoe2891 you may Google Dysfunctional Narcissistic family structure. While Mother may not have abused the son directly but might have been an enabler in the relationship meaning indirectly supporting harmful behaviours.

But you will muder you sister ,mother and father for it what did that young sister even do obeying her parents
If u hate your family...just disconnect and move away. No need to cause injury
He was going throught a lot. I know how it feels to be neglected by our own blood. I honestly cannot blame him or feel bad for his family either.
But murdering them shows how much of a sorrow he was in and how mentally unstable he was.
