You can also change the tone by unscrewing that nut and adjusting that screw next to the vacuum hose. I did so on my 350 to get rid of that whistle sound
you can get the TiAl BOV and it's supposed to be quieter but hopefully not too quiet. the "oem" Maxrace BOV is supposed to be used with a filter and that would hopefully eliminate the annoying whistle but it'll definitely be even more quieter.
I actually like the OEM bypass. That's the one I have. Specially living in CA it doesn't draw attention from every Honda kid when they hear you wanting to race or if you stop next to a cop at a red light. Only when you get on it. I prefer it borderline sleeper style. If you roll down your windows you hear it all the time. You'll get used to it. The OEM still turns heads. For me it's the opposite, people roll down their windows to hear my car on the freeway and give thumbs up. I think you just got used the loud one that you think it's silent. Still makes sexy sounds.
