I plan to show this to my mom...she was a second grade teacher for thirty years in public schools and she is upset that my four year old is not reading yet. We intend to home school him and any future siblings along the Charlotte Mason lines and we know we are doing right by letting our little one dig in the dirt a little longer. But I also think she would feel better if she saw me using an intentional “curriculum” and possibly find it. I was also a public middle school teacher before I became a mom so I know I can slip learning into every day experiences...but family members are laying on the pressure already.

Hi, A lot of families do enjoy that as an activity for outside of the home. We at Simply Charlotte Mason do not have a set list of recommended activities, however time spent in fellowship with other children learning the Bible sounds wonderful!
