looks awesome..You might be able to get down into those difficult areas with Riffle files, theyre the ones with bent ends. It will take a while to file out but they should do the trick...I have a feeling the guys originally casting it may have used chisels but could not say without a closer look. Awesome casting the metal flask worked a lot better than the wood version. , I'm surprised the casting sand doesnt affect your skin, but I am also glad it doesn't Thankyou for sharing
