  • This is a time lapse install video of the Diamond J Customs Widening Kit and their rear wheel spacers. Installing parts on a 2020 Yamaha Raptor 700R.
    These parts have completely changed the way the raptor handles. By adding 3inches of width on all 4 corners and lowering the machine, it's so much more stable in the corners. I would recommend these kits to anyone looking for more stability for safer riding.

    Hi Mate Great Video!! do you Know what the torque specs are for the bolts on the kit and suspension? I can't find them anywhere Cheers

      Thanks alot for watching it. Unfortunately I do not have the torque specs. I just did a quick search for "Yamaha raptor a-arm torque specs" and I seen 27ft lbs...but don't quote me on that. I'm sure you can find them if you search a bit more. I just tightened them down until I felt they were solid, but not flirting with striping them. Kinda judged off of how tight they were when I removed them. I know that's not the most professional way to do it. Haha But she's been solid for me ever since the install. Best of wishes getting your kit on. 💪

    How do you like the kit? Any concerns at all?

    • @kyleshovlin6288

      The only concern I could think of is wanting metal skid plates now with the quad lower than stock height. Depending on where you ride this may or may not be an issue for you with the ruts. As far as the kit tho and quality of it, I have no concerns or complaints. The quad handles so much now too. Well worth the money. 👍

    Is this the +4.5 kit or the +6 kit I got the + 4 just making sure I got the correct one

    • @ararito
      @ararito 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      for the front of the bike, it's the same kit (they offer 2 different, one with the shocks relocation (widening), and one without it (widening and lowering), for the rear, you could choose from +2" spacers each side, or +3" spacers each side and for $20 bucks, you could get both steering arms lenght spacers too ...

      I went with the 3inch option for the tie rod ends along with the 3inch wheel spacers for the rear. 👍
