Very entertaining guys and a privilege to view such stunning properties. Sure they are big bucks but for the potential target market everything is relative. Nice to see some eclectic furnishing and art work for a change to the usual stunning interiors but the real gold star goes to that garage! Mayfair and St Johns Wood are a little special but if you want the best of the best it has to be Kensington Palace Gardens...this one wouldn't even be a garden shed in the grounds of one of those! Time to up your game guys!!!

Welcome to security box housing. The ethos with London is it's a cash reservoir. The property shown has that Arabic finished feel which is it's probable market. A bar without alcohol is a dead giveaway. If you'd like to cry about homes as security boxes just look for abandoned mansions on millionaires row. The fact is, land is valuable, the property is frequently a loss leader.
Enjoy London. As natives (of the UK) we look on at a city fast descending into chaos and violence as it's public image but also opulent and extravagant in its other public image. A perplexing place. As Josh states, billionaire clients take years to build connections with and, as you'd expect of the self made new money, they seek opportunities in stagnant or declining markets.
Fun fact. The Shard has floors of residential property that's unfinished ready for sale. On its release the vendor claimed that calls equalling the number of opportunities to buy would sell it all in a flash. It never sold. Not one. I don't know if it's ever been bought. That's the London market. Fickle. Get it right, cash in. Get it wrong, cash out.

Real estate prices in Central London area happen to be exorbitant, very similar to Mumbai, New York or Tokyo. The 70 million pounds price has more to do with the land value of the area, than to do with the actual house. A similar house would be worth just 15 to 20 million in America.

The Porsche plant in Stuttgurt has the same kind of matchbox style car storage but it's much bigger, probably holds 50 different cars. Then they will select one of the 50 cars and it will come to you and from there they start testing it out and getting it ready. When I was there they were working on a Porsche going to Japan. Steering wheel was on the right and everything was in Japanese (obviously lol). Was pretty fuckin sick though not gonna lie.
I don't know a much about London or about it's land worth or anything, but from anyone ( or people) pov no one gonna pay 100 million for 25,000 sq.ft, and if you, u can buy in Canada, Calabasas, or Texas etc coz they provide way more than that with great location..

Most of the properties in mayfair only sell for leasehold not freehold
With townhouses you usually own the land in London (i.e. freehold), while apartments are usually leasehold - though some leaseholds are very long (ex. 999 years), which means they're essentially the same as freehold.
