I am practically retired by having only one airbnb apartment. 2 employees. 0 hours per week. Not making millions, but I've got enough for me and my family. So your mileage may vary.
My Plan B(s): Have backup remotes for the TVs. An universal remote is about $25 and I've had to draw from backup twice now. Another one is to have backup lamps in the event one breaks. These things happen!
Hi Sean. I’m opening up my 15th listing. Your content has helped me a lot to get to this point. Thank you for sharing your story. Could you please share your thoughts on mid term rentals. I find that it’s a lot less stressful when I get a client for 2 months or more rather then 1 night.
We have a 5 bedroom house close to amish country in Lancaster and we were wondering if we should either sleep 16 with all the bedrooms or turn one of them into a game room?
My question is how do you find reliable cleaners. I have 3 listing and about to get another one but I walk every single unit before check ins 😫😫 I am too scared to not double check everything is perfect. One bad smell or one hair on the toilet WILL result in horrible reviews and I don’t want to risk it
It sounds like you don’t have good systems and standards in place. Sean hires and trains them directly with his systems. You can use different hiring platforms and post a job ad for hourly pay - or go out and network with potential hires and steal them from lower paying jobs (offer them more in terms of pay).
by far the best airbnb creator of all time. name someone else giving this much knowledge for free
Thanks for the upvote!

No way your making enough for that off one apartment

How often do you check pricing for your listings?

Pay them well 🎉
You need processes in place for your cleaners with SOP’s and photo and video documentation
