Hiii! Sick video! Can I ask for your advice if the CaseyWillax Board you’re riding is a Catchy board? Would you recommend for a low-intermediate
I’d say it’s more of an advanced board I prefer reverse camber boards that catch less. It’s is a really good all around board tho with good flex! I bet you’d be OVERSTOKED!! On it
Looking at the Protoslinger or Yes Greats. Currently using my 25y board I had as a teenager a Vision. Flat base, never been on any other hoard. So the camber will be new to me. I got back into with my kids and looking to upgrade to a playful board I can turn the whole mountain into a park with it. Where we live SE Idaho we have a small resort Kelly Canyon 15min from us though snows often crusty with ice. Targhee and Jackson Hole are 1.5hr drive away. Recommendations?
If you recommend the Protoslinger how does it do on ice? We have only had 1 nice pow day with a nice base like this so far this season. Been 20 times so far this year. I'm 5'11 230 boot size 11.
What bindings and boots do you recommend?
Again all my stuff is 25y that I'm using.
