Ajay wasn't even a bad TH-camr. His videos were just getting a bit more repetitive and bland. He is retiring from TH-cam as well which I definitely support as well. I wish him well in the future.

I think a lot of what happened to Ajay was unfortunate. I remember subbing to him relatively early on, and followed all the drama with Turkey Tom that came later. He said some cringy and dumb stuff sure, but I honestly don't think it was that bad, and he got way more backlash then he deserved for it. Then he became the punching bag of many commentary youtubers at the time, which I also don't think he deserved, as he is a genuinely good guy that made a few harmless mistakes and tried to move on. The thumbnail stuff I believe was overblown as well. He saw his declining viewership and likely felt pressure to change, and he just looked at what was working (sunnyv2). There wasn't any I'll intent or meaning there, he was just trying to keep his channel afloat, which I know a lot of other youtubers would do if they were in his situation.
At the end of the day, his videos weren't that bad, and I hope he ends up well after this.

I'm not defending Ajay here, but I remembered at the time he started to become a SunnyV2 clone, he made a livestream where he mentioned that he wants to make better-edited videos in the future, basically attempting to reinvent himself. When he published his video on IDubbbz, I actually liked the editing. Sure it was rough on the edges, but it was solid overall. The incorporation of his face really stems the fact that this is SunnyV2's editing style, but with Ajay's taste. However after being called out, he reverted his editing style to the previous one that looks more stale than ever.
Like you mentioned, Ajay's not a bad person. I wish him the best for his IRL career.

Gotta say Im with Ajay on this one. It seems like TurkeyTom was really out to get him. The tweets were cringy but who of us hasnt had those self-deprecating thoughts that seep there way into our socials. Heck Ajay even starts his videos with that self-deprecating. Maybe context is key, but airing out someones bad financial decision and failed projects just feels scummy, it certainly doesnt make Ajay a bad person in my opinion. It just feels like TurkeyTom was taking it personally. I had long since unsubbed to Ajay for a while now, but that was because he has a way of overemphasizing certain topics in his videos that just feel like he is padding them out, compared to SunnyV2's that are on point and rarely have any embellishments and I feel like a lot of people just gravitated towards that kind of delivery. Its sad seeing someone being driven out, but I hope Ajay gets to do bigger and better things.

I personally find it sad that Ajay is leaving the TH-cam space. His material was repetitive, but he still seems like a chill guy, and (unpopular opinion) I personally found myself watching his random videos more consistently than SunnyV2. Sunny just seemed to have videos that were waaayyy too dramatic or pushy at times, or they had way too much editing that some stuff felt like manic “hit pieces” to knock down people. Ajay’s videos didn’t have much editing, but I preferred it that way sometimes because it was a little more raw and focused on just presenting information and not dramaticizing it. And like Sunny, Ajay did provide clips of people he discussed for context, but without any dramatic music or background edits, so it felt much more approachable and focused. To me anyways.
I also feel Tom is being kinda excessive making 5 videos essentially milking his “takedowns” on Ajay. It just feels really mean spirited. (I still have some negative reservations about Turkey Tom after D’Angelo Wallace critiqued Tom for saying a slur or something questionable a long while ago in one of his videos.)

Can we really call a career ended on one's own terms a sad ending? What lead up to all of it was pretty sad, sure, especially since (in my opinion at least) none of his controversies were born out of malice. I'd say if anything, his beginnings were good, his middles were sad, but his ending was happy. Probably more bittersweet, but desperation makes any human being do some weird/crazy stuff. A lot of people don't come to terms with the end until much later than Ajay did, and all things considered, he exited with some grace and dignity. I doubt Keemstar would be able to do the same (in case my bias wasn't obvious enough, I don't like him.)

If anyone’s curious, his job is a dermatologist, and his full name is Ajay Kailas. He used to have a channel regarding his journey in medicine and his ego trip, but he deleted his channel. Seeing this surprised me since I didn’t know he had a whole new channel. Just interesting

I was subbed to this guy when he had less then 25k -- he had good stuff.

This the commentary style youtuber life cycle. They get big they gain a lot of subscribers, then once they achieve their goals other commentary youtubers come after them by digging skeletons in their past or other wrong doings. Its just how it is, I wouldnt be surprised if in a few months a TurkeyTom "exposed" video comes out.
I think TomDark was in the wrong here, as he milked Ajay while simultaneously destroying his reputation and view count, which, put simply, is selfish and evil.
It’s crazy how nobody knows that he used to be a doctor in Chicago IL way back in early 2017 I remember watching his Vlogs about his life as a college student all the way thru his career as a doctor, but all of those videos has been deleted unfortunately. Also what’s sad is that he went into a mental crisis in early 2018 with the stress working as doctor & that’s when he started to choose either stay as doctor or to start his TH-cam career full time. “Also he had a couple thousand subscribers at that time he was mainly posting his life as a college student & his life as a doctor” The last time I remembered watching his videos is when he purchased a bill board on a Chicago IL Highway that said to “subscribe to his channel. But unfortunately he deleted that TH-cam channel & started a brand new one to clear his image from his past .

After seeing this, I suspect that Tom Dark Had something personal with Ajay because of how much he tries to milk content related to him to specially find something to criticism Ajay.
This made me end seeing Tom Dark as a obsessed Bad guy with a good guy who is just trying to do stuff and made some mistakes LOL.
Tom kind of has a reputation for doing things like that. The prime example is his coverage of the pyrocynical controversy a few years ago. He was committed to painting pyro in the worst light possible and milked the situation as much as he could. Even after pyro was proven innocent, Tom doubled down and continued to claim that he was guilty. It took multiple content creators and the majority of his fanbase clowning on him to finally get him to stop.

The verdict of "Innocent" means that you are absolved from the crime committed. It implies that the individual in question was not involved.
The verdict of "Not Guilty" means that the prosecution failed to reach it's burden of proof for charging someone with a crime. It doesn't mean that the accused party is innocent, it just means that there is still reasonable doubt to believe that the individual *could* not be responsible for the crime.
Again, if Pyro was *innocent*, the DMs wouldn't exist in the first place. Given that we cannot concretely prove that Pyro knew the age, it is reasonable for viewers to infer that he is *not guilty* of grooming Ivory. There was still reason to question Pyro in the first place, his defence being convincing doesn't suddenly mean that the DMs cease existing.

I disagree with TurkeyTom and think he's nitpicking and creating drama where there doesn't need to be any with the thumbnails, they are different enough. And I disagree with one point of Patrick CC, that TH-cam isn't competition. It is competitive. BUT there are plenty of views to go around like he said. If I make an Adin Ross video (which I am and I credit you) that was inspired by your revelations in your recent video with my own spin and editing with a thumbnail style that is proven to work and inspired by SunnyV2 (but not quite there cause Lord knows getting that vector art to look decent is a Herculean effort lol), am I copying?
I don't think so. We have to go with what works. None of us own the copyright on the art or the content. This is a place to be inspired and build each other up and share ideas. Reinventing the wheel completely is hard. Everyone just wants their content seen and appreciated. Some will be jealous and bitter and make outlandish claims to stir the pot but we can all succeed in this space just fine. Change my mind.

Man I hate to hear this, I found his videos at a really low point in my life when I was going through major depression from the death of someone close and his video’s definitely brightened my day, and he always seemed like a genuine dude and it was good seeming him grow and see his confidence grow, hope he makes the best out of this situation
Dang. I saw InternetAjay from very early on, same with SunnyV2. I never saw TurkeyTom, but Yt has tried recommending him and now I’m glad I never got into his channel. The stuff against Ajay really wasn’t as bad as most youtubers get cancelled for, and name calling Ajay is just such low blows. Hopefully Ajay is living a good life now regardless
