The Fox Valley Park District does not equally maintain all of their properties that they have. They focus primarily on their main facilities that make them look good. Since they have elected officials on their board.
Don't move here, taxes go up every year and when u look at the bill...pensions pensions pensions....state does not care people are leaving...they want more $ every year.
Well Aurora Has the lowest taxes compared to, North Aurora, Sugar Grove, Montgomery, And Oswego. Kendall Counties Taxes are High, We also have the best water, I did not need to Change My Water Heater for 26 Years This lets us know the Water does not have alot of problems, I lived her for 24 Years now and Raised my family here, and staying in this City is my dream. You can call it A-town as well. We are very diverse and friendly here. Have the Best Thirft stores as well as Outlet Mall.
@@leticiaflowers2335 you should not praise a city just because they are robbing you at a slower rate than the others. Other states do not charge nearly as much as this state in taxes, we are top 3 worst in country. I see prop tax as theft...bought the land, paid for the house but if I don't pay IL their cut each year. They can take the house....I feel like I'm renting from the gov and IL is robbing us of actual ownership.
Cute how he bypassed talking much about the east side area and East Aurora High School. Both full of scarey people and crime . I was in a big racially motivated fight at East high in late 70s and quit the next day. All through Waldo junior high to that zoo of a high school I was afraid as a white kid. Many other stories as well. On west side I raised a daughter near Aurora University area . Schools there much better and area safe. Anyway, nice try dude but you try living or walking around East side at night ....good luck! 😂
@LivinginChicagoIllinoisRealtor Just doesn't compare in the least to surrounding cities. Crime everywhere ofcourse just alot more there. Try living on Eastsie yourself better yet send your kids to school there. Then make a video.

Far Southeast Aurora is a perfect choice for those who cannot afford Naperville. Same school district short drive to Naperville.
@rm617 - We have lived in the Villages of Meadowlakes since the late 1990's. Both our kids went to IPSD #204 - its a great district!

I would never send my kids to an Aurora School. The taxes in Illinois are extremely high ,let me say that again , EXTREMELY HIGH TAXES!

Oswego 308 has 3 grade schools and 1 middle school within the borders of the City of Aurora
