For the glass with Bulbasaur in it, I can point out a way for you to have done it. Do the route of Polteageist and the Vanilish line, just make the item float with expression, nothing else needed.

Put tiny frog like creature inside, using the cup as a protective shell that it can see through. Like it's a pokemon that used pollution to evolve a new form of defense. The ice cubes can be a frozen form of their version of aloe(like they can eat it to heal) to be padding and defense against any attacks from above. Instead of having their face exposed they use their legs and vine whip to grab and move stuff, then take food to a safe place. Once in a safe place they roll over and pop out of the cup to eat while still hiding under their ice cubes.
I think if you wanted to make Bazookachu into like an actual pokemon (removing the fortnite aspect) an interesting idea for the concept/lore could be that it was a big slow herbivore (like a panda) that was easily attacked and learned how to use and make weapons for itself to combat predators. The gun could be made of bamboo or something.
I think it would be nice to see you revisit the Pokémon type swap when scarlet and violet come out and use Pokémon from sun&moon, SW/SH, legends arceus, and of course, scarlet and violet
i think you should made drownachu l more like a Mimikyu regional form and its story will be somthing like this "after mimikyu reached paldea's region, he fused himself with the water around the region making him more like a pikachu, but now he need a new disguise.." and that disguise will be one more similar to pikachu being bigger and so
I imagine koberts ability working that every time his ability triggers and the enemies attack does nothing, kobert looses one max hp point after seeing your drawing, together with the explanation, I guess the shield just uses one corn, and the ability doesn't work anymore once all corn is gone

In case you're wondering, a "Chug Splash" is a healing item in fortnite, basically a different version of a blue shield healing juice in the game called "Slurp Juice" that takes the form of a 6 Pack of cans that you throw at the ground and it splashes and heals anyone in range.
I love all these designs, but not doing the iced tea was kind of a cop out, I think. If a teacup full of ghost ooze can be a pokemon, then a tall glass of ice with a face can be a pokemon. XD
