    Welcome to my channel! Today, I am sharing a very special and traditional recipe - Atta Pinni! This recipe has been passed down for generations in my family, and my mother still makes it with so much love. These healthy and energy-packed pinnis are perfect for winter, as they are made with wheat flour, suji, jaggery, ghee, dry fruits, and gondh, all of which provide warmth and strength to the body.
    With this recipe, we have successfully made 60 pinnis that are perfectly shaped, delicious, and nutritious. They are great for boosting immunity, digestion, and energy levels, making them an ideal winter snack.
    ✨ Ingredients Used:
    ✔ 6 cups whole wheat flour
    ✔ 2 cups suji (semolina)
    ✔ 4 cups desi ghee (clarified butter)
    ✔ 4 cups jaggery powder (or powdered sugar as per taste)
    ✔ 100g gondh (edible gum)
    ✔ 1 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins, pistachios)
    ✔ 1 tsp cardamom powder
    📌 Step-by-Step Process:
    🔸 Roast the gondh and grind it into a fine powder
    🔸 Sauté the dry fruits separately and coarsely grind them
    🔸 Roast wheat flour and suji in desi ghee on medium flame until golden brown
    🔸 Add gondh, dry fruits, and jaggery, then mix everything well
    🔸 Shape the mixture into round or oval pinnis
    These homemade pinnis are not only delicious but also incredibly healthy and easy to store for weeks!
