Hi Gracy. We booked the "official guided visit" entrance ticket online at the Caminito del Rey website (www.caminitodelrey.info/en/tickets/buy). They anyway let us in early without having to wait for our official guided visit entrance time. We also reserved the train ticket online the night before. If you look in the link posted in the description, you will see: "From Malaga: A train from Málaga María Zambrano departs at 08.24 hrs and arrives at El Chorro at 09.02 hrs. The return leaves El Chorro; 15.12, 18.38 and 20.18 hrs and arrives at Málaga María Zambrano at 15.52, 19.34 and 21.07 hrs respectively. The standard return ticket from Malaga costs 9.70 euro. Updated January 2023." We took the 8:24 train and returned on the 15:12 train. We did NOT book any of the "guided tours" available from getyourguide.com or similar websites. These are fully guided from your hotel in Malaga, all the way to the Caminto del Rey and back again, including bus transport. These tours are more expensive, and not worth it, in my opinion.
