The way Rob Mcelhenney delivers the "you've lost your mind, you've lost your goddamn mind charlie" line has me in pieces. He perfectly echoes the confusion everyone in the audience is feeling. The best scene they have ever made.
If you look closely you can actually see him contemplating (I assume) "If Barney wasn't real, where have I been getting my cigarettes from?..." to himself, a subtle but brilliant touch by Charlie!

At first, I was laughing when they announced Charlie as Luigi, but this made me realize that he's probable the best and only one of the cast that might live up to it's character
I wasn’t sure about this guy being Luigi (then again, I didn’t know this guy) but after seeing this and few other clips, I’m convinced this guy is perfect for Luigi.
