Two cloves a day helps w/ oral health and microbiome Many videos . I recently started .chewing two cloves a day about 3 days ago . I'll be sharing if I notice changes. Thank you again. I have started losing my hair. I find my hair everywhere. I had been taking vitamins but I'm older and my gut health is not good.
The cloves should help me absorb nutrients from my food any vitamins I take. I'm excepting big changes applying your info along w the cloves . Its very interesting how oral health can effect us. I did hear when I was young how having bad teeth and pregnant can effective the babies health . It now makes sense. I do did hear bad gums is can effect heart health .
