The reality is Nigeria was borrowing money at high interst rates to fund fuel subsidy. Government revenenue was low. Nigeria was trending towards bankruptcy. Tinubu took tough decisions. Buhari should have removed subsidy in 2021. Didn't want to take the tough decison. Tinubu came in and took the touch decision.
Our democracy doesn't penalize bad governance. So, bad results don't matter at all.
