I don't think this will be much more than a building about the size of the Bank/Vault in Dornogal with bank, guild vault, extra-dimensional storage access, and some customizations. Anarch Online did it 20 years ago.

im 100% sure it will be a small building to start and will be built up over expansions to keep people going.
