When purchasing inventory, it's honestly trial and error. That's why its super important to do as much research as you can. Always checkout using PayPal if you can and make sure there is buyers protection.
Go to your local state...website...FTC (Federal Trade Commission) start here...it will give you information about different companys sometimes and then you can do a search on their company"s name...also they can give you deatails and steps to take to see if a company is legit or not...start their and like Troyia said RESEARCH...better business Bureau sometimes

Alibaba does not.
