New cat mom's often walk away from their litter and loose some kittens since they can't walk fast enough to keep up to mom kitty. I have found at least 3 babies lost and meowing for his lost mom.

She’s hungry. I’ve seen where they feed kittens every two hours even during the night. Maybe that’s why he’s hungry so much in the day!!! They grow faster if fed 24/7.😇😇😇

I'm so glad you rescued this baby it is beautiful but knowing the world what happened to its mother and siblings but thank you so very much where I live in South Carolina they have no cat services my county is horrible we have people feeding the wildcats and also have places just for new strays we tried to get them fixed got 25 last year no more babies wish we could do more for the feral cats besides feed them winter vitamins for cats with the food the people in my state take care of them we are always looking for kittens for cats thank you so very much God bless you

Since the black and red information is coded into the X chromosome, cats with only one X can only be either red or black. So if you ever see a male calico - around 1:4000 male cats should be a callico - you know that this cat is “suffering” from Klinefelter syndrome. It lives a pretty normal life, but it is completely infertile. Female gingers are not that rare. 75% of all gingers are male, 25% are female. But considering that ginger cats are quite common, ginger females are not really uncommon. out of hundred cats you will have several. A Klinefelter cat is extremely rare. And considering that not every Klinefleter will be callico, callico male Klinefelters are even more rare. Actually I am pretty certain that this cat is a female. Even veterinarians have problems identifying the gender of cats younger than 6 weeks. We only assume it is a male, because the subtitles always call it “he”. Please consider that the creator of that video is not a native English speaker and might use the gender applied to the species of cat in his language. I am German and in German “the cat” is “die Katze”. The species is a female noun no matter what gender an individual has. You are right. Calicos are usually girls, just like orange cats a usually boys. But hey, it's all good.

@@historybarf Not nearly as rare as a male callico. Male callicos all suffer from a chromosome anormality. They do not have ony X and one Y chromosome, but two X and one Y (XXY). Since the black and red information is coded into the X chromosome, cats with only one X can only be either red or black. So if you ever see a male calico - around 1:4000 male cats should be a callico - you know that this cat is “suffering” from Klinefelter syndrome. It lives a pretty normal life, but it is completely infertile.
Female gingers are not that rare. 75% of all gingers are male, 25% are female. But considering that ginger cats are quite common, ginger females are not really uncommon. out of hundred cats you will have several. A Klinefelter cat is extremely rare. And considering that not every Klinefleter will be callico, callico male Klinefelters are even more rare.
Actually I am pretty certain that this cat is a female. Even veterinarians have problems identifying the gender of cats younger than 6 weeks. We only assume it is a male, because the subtitles always call it “he”. Please consider that the creator of that video is not a native English speaker and might use the gender applied to the species of cat in his language.
I am German and in German “the cat” is “die Katze”. The species is a female noun no matter what gender an individual has. If I do not know the gender of a cat, I will always use female pronouns for it. Same as I will always use male pronouns for a dog of unknown gender, because “the dog” = “der Hund” is a male noun.

In my language (German) cat is a female pronoun; if I speak of a cat without knowing her gender, I will ALWAYS use a female pronouns for it. A cat in German ALWAYS is a she - die Katze. If I would write a text using mostly pronouns, “She is so adorable” and then I copy this text into a translation tool, this tool will quite often not realize “Oh, he is talking about a cat, I must translate his use of the female form into neutral when translating it into English.”
@@Kref3 Okay, but they claimed it was male throughout the entire video. Most calico cats are female but there are rare but totally possible exceptions. No need to get bent out of shape about it.

What a cute calico so cute but what's more rare is a totally brown cat and I had one at birth but found it a home big mistake. But this cat is very cute, a totally brown cat can be very costly $500 plus
