Freya is so smart! It's awesome to explore ways to communicate. And when she won't do it, she just doesn't feel like it- lol She is a preschooler after all. She has feelings and moods like all of us. Freya is doing sooooo wonderful! I noticed she is saying la la la la. I don't think I've heard her do that before. And this is a weird coincidence. May 21st is my birthday, and my daughter got me a tiramisu cake because it is my favorite. So, Happy Birthday to Chris 😊. Looking forward to all the fun stuff y'all will be doing this summer. Happy Birthday Chris! Freya, I believe understands most of what you say, when talking with her. How impressive that she knew to flip through the booklet, knowing what she wanted to convey. Freya has grown leaps and bounds over the past school year. As soon as you handed her the lollipop ring, she immediately placed her finger in it, as you did. I hope she goes back to it, and tries a taste…I believe she will be pleasantly surprised about its yumminess. The Ladybug hat is great. ❤😊

Something to think about over the summer is adding to her cards with pic of her siblings and/or other ones like boy, girl, friend, sister, brother. It might help her want to use it more if it's more personal.
@@Freyasluckyarm you can do it without needing the permission to do it. Just take pics of them with the names and print them out. I've seen it done before. You can even have those cards on the ring placed in a binder and velcro them so they pop in and out so she can easily give them to you!
