      I’ve never tried to, but I don’t see why not. I guess you just wouldn’t add the milk. I’ll have to give it a try. Thanks for watching!

    • @TinagirlTravels

      Good question, I’ve only tried 1 percent milk. I do know it works better with cold milk rather than room temperature milk.

    hi there nice vid. but no where does it say how long to keep on the stove after the top pops... 4-5 minutes after that? or just a few. I've also seen others that take the pot and cool it under water right away for some reason. Thoughts? thx!!!

    • @TinagirlTravels
      @TinagirlTravels  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great questions, I actually leave it on just for a minute or two, I do have a drink thermometer that I pop in as well sometimes as I like my drinks hot. I don’t see a need to cool the pot unless you want to make another drink again right away for someone else. Thanks so much for watching and leaving your feedback, I appreciate that!

      @@TinagirlTravels ha, thx for the reply. I don't have a thermometer, after all, this is Nepal, but that works for me... one minute or so after it pops. thx!

      Are you filling the base too full? Just to the line. Is your rubber seal to old or stretched out? Here's a link to check out for a replacement, amzn.to/33FPxRS

      @TinagirlTravels  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      andymath89 thanks for taking the time to watch my video. I bought mine last summer, 2018, I found it at the Bialetti store right in Venice. I couldn’t tell you where to find the store, but I’m sure you can either google it once you get there, or ask directions. It was somewhere between the Rialto bridge and St. Marks Square. Have a wonderful time, it’s an amazing city!

    You'll never be able to make a latte or cappuccino with these pots. You need espresso shots and real foamed milk for that, there are no shortcuts. But they do brew some nice coffee.
