Marc Warnke, "The Goat Guy," at Packgoats.com shares that this time of year in spring, where it gets hot during the day and freezing at night. This is the prime time for pneumonia. He lets his goats get a cold, sick but when you hear the wet cough that's when pneumonia sets in. Keep an eye on them. Know your goats and their behaviors of not feeling good.

4ml per 100lbs for about 3-5 days
It is thick, it does sting, but it is a lot better than la200.

How big should the fencing be for goats, i plan on having a few dairy goats
48 inch high is the standard. If you have very very good goats (easy to catch/people oriented) they will eventually see you as herd queen and follow you around. I don’t have any fencing right now because I’m in the middle of nowhere and they aren’t left outside at night/while I’m away etc… They hang outside the house when I go inside 😅
I don't know about pneumonia, but Bronchitis sucks.
I was told by several goat groups that LA200 isn’t affective anymore against Pneumonia.

Can I give this to my babies and if so what would the dose be? One of my 4 week olds has a very runny nose and sneeze. Should I wait for a cough?
There are good dosage recommendations with a quick google search. I like Onion Creek Ranch's info on that for goats. As far as giving them an antibiotic make sure you have that persistent wet cough, a temp, or just feeling unwell before you do that. Goats get colds and also have allergies and you need to let them work their way through that. Just be mindful and ready to act fast if the symptoms of pneumonia set in.

Can I treat mastitis with la 300? I'm new to goats and I just bought a kinder from a meat market that was bagged up and her milk was very salty and watery. Thanks
Sounds likely she is just drying up (not mastitis) but hard to know from your description.
That did appear to be the case. Thank you for you fast reply. One more question though. She has a snotty nose but she’s not coughing yet. Would it hurt her to just give her a round of antibiotics or should I wait? And from her measurements she ways around 140. So would I give her a 6 ml shot? Thanks for any advice you can offer.
