Hi, one question: No a 3 seconds pause at the end of inspiration? in autogen dranaige the creator Dr Cheavilier says we must make a pause, to give time to the aire to arrive to the most congestionate alveoli, those who are most important to drenaige.
i don't know but this video was informative and so crazy relaxing at the same time 👍

Hey guys, IV also read this. At which point in the cycle do you hold your breath for 3 seconds? Thank you
You hold after the inspiration :) Just before your expiration ! then the aire can go from one alveoli to another (I hope you understand my english ;))
wow thank you so much, I have tried everything and this worked perfectly!!! Such a relief :)
Well demonstrated thank you
Very clear, Thank you!
What is said in 0:48 - 0:55? I can't understand what the lady is saying in here. Someone could write it down for me please?
“After the breath in you’re looking to relax the mouth for a relaxed breath out”
An inaudible, relaxed breath out*

This is super helpful, but coughing into your hand???
Awesome, very helpful, what is your name & your patient name?
👍👍👍👍
Awesome but Huffing was forgotten before coughing
Hufing is only used ACBT not in autogenic drainage
When you move the secretions to the top of your lungs, that's when you can gently cough or huff. (Hough, 2017, p. 208)
No wonder the NHs is failing. At least they were not doing tik too dancing back then
