GREAT job on your video! I have the same Black Epi Speedy B 25.🖤 I love that ours has the extended zipper length, vs the vintage Epi. And I agree, Epi elevates everything! (The majority of my LV collection is Epi.) Even though the Epi Speedy keeps its shape on its own (vs. the canvas), I would recommended getting a bag insert, if you haven't already. I got mine from Zoomoni in a bright, bubblegum pink and love it. It fits perfectly and provides little side pockets. Plus I can find things easier in the black hole. You can often find 20% off coupons on other TH-camrs channels. And since it holds so much, that strap can start to dig in, so my LV Client Advisor very kindly allowed me to purchase a "spare part" strap. I've been a huge LV collector for decades, so they allow me this courtesy from time to time. I ordered the black with pink fabric bandouliere strap that currently comes with the Black Epi Alma BB. I wear the flower side up, bc I don't need to scream Louis Vuitton - kinda defeats the whole understated purpose of the Epi. But it's soooo comfortable and on trend - so it injected some new life into my bag. Enjoy your new baby!💓

Thanks for sharing! I like how the epi leather runs diagonally on the newer speedy. But both are great! Amazing how well the vintage speedy has held up.
Thanks for adding a review of old vs new epi Speedy B. Some reviews say that the epi measures 27cm whereas the canvas actually measures 25cm. At about 5:11, you mentioned the new epi is smaller than the vintage version. Did you mean it is narrower in width (e.g. wider than 25cm but shorter than 27cm)? Is it shorter in height or depth?
Got 3 vintage bags this week a total of 8 this year. I went into LV purchased a bag for over 3 k the bag is garbage. All if my bags are from eBay from Japan all of those bags are inspected 3 times by customs to make sure it real . For the 8 bags I counted yesterday I spent 1100.00 all you need is some saddle soap, brasso brass cleaner and leather conditioner they bags become brand new again. I have several monogram, epi and damier lv bags
See, that’s what I’m talking about! The Japanese resale market is soo good. You can find some gems on there if you don’t mind some minimal wear and tear AND can save some money. Damier is my favorite next to the Epi. Thanks for leaving me a comment. 🥰
