Flowing like a river never gets old.
😉👍
That’s a plumber’s version of old faithful right there. Awesome job Don.
Lol, thanks Horace 👍
Wow! Now this is next level haha. Great video mate!
It sure was Bruce, thanks 👍
Id like to see you all have a "gross off".
There's always something like pleasure just being able
to watch this ...from a couch point of view--- Nice one, Donald....🤗
😆 Thanks Carsten 👍
Excellent job and explanation of how the plumbing works 😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Big gusheroo! Nice job Donald.
Oh yeah! Thanks Fire 👍
That was an awesome explosion. Donald, great video brother. We'll see you on the next one,
It sure was Jason. Thanks again.Trogna!
That was a real gusher but thank God that you opened it right by the main drain! Once again proof you don't flush towels down your toilet!
😉👍
Wow Donald, that was the best ( for us) and the worst ( for the home owner) gush for a while, the gift that kept on giving. It’s bank holiday Monday here in the UK, and that was a great BH treat, thank you. Flowing like a river 😊
Happy Bank Day Sharon 👍
@@NYDRAINS ha , a UK Bank Holiday is the same as a public holiday in North America. Basically, the banks, businesses (and GOV offices) are closed hence the name. Mostly a DIY day or family day, even a BBQ if the weather is nice.
@andrewcarr2431 👍
That was a totally awesome gusher. I can only imagine the level of pressure those pipes were under. Excellent job Donald. Be blessed 🗽🍎🐀🌽💧🙏🧤
Same to you Kimberly 👍
I always look forward to your videos. Thanks for posting!
Awesome! I appreciate that!
Satisfying videos to watch when he opens the drains
Thanks 👍
Keep up the good work man
🫡
Excellent repair on a difficult job.
Thanks 👍
Great vid. I show these to a friend of mine who scoffs. guess what? His line backed up and was just clogged with wipes!!!!
Lol, thanks 👍
this will be a good one! huge brown water fountain..... lol
Lol
Gusher? That's an understatement. 😂👍
😉👍
Oh Drains under the House. Much Drains, what Block. Open and a Swell Water come out. Work with the Spiral drill, much Paper and Wet's come out. You work to All Side. The Water run down. Very good Work . 💪👌👍
Thanks Dorit 👍
Geez! That was an incredible release! You weren’t kidding about what would happen. 😮. Great job Donald!
Thanks Amy 👍
Mount Vesuvius!! Holy Mackerel! This was a good one‼️
no Mount Effluvia would be better
@@r.ernestwhite7259 yeah, good one!
Lol, thanks 👍
A little bit of water got on the floor. 😂
Lol
It wouldn't be a Donald video if he wasn't swimming in human waste. Strange place to keep ones light bulbs. Well done mate, cheers for the video.
Lol, thanks Milhouse 👍
Man alive, I think that might have been the biggest one yet. They were kind of saved by having that sump pump installed there. Good work.
Took the words out of my mouth Glenn 💪😉👍 thanks.
Nobody does it better than you, Donald! That was fantastic!!! ✌️🏳️🌈✌️
Glad you enjoy Bryan 🫡
Excellent Donald, wishing you health and happiness man.
Thanks, same to you Nigel 👍
Sweet fancy Moses!!!! What a shit show!!! Epic!! Nice work!! I know she was gonna blow!!
Thanks 👍
Good job Donald.......At least there wasn't new snowy white carpet down there! And you didn't need to go into the crawl space! Things could always be worse! Have a good week.
For sure! Thanks David 👍
Look at that Gateway computer box! What a relic!
😉👍
got bought out by ACER and still going now, the company i mean. I doubt that computer will be much used after being flooded by sewer water.
There was some good pressure under that cap.
Oh yeah 🤯
What a gusher Donald, good job that pump was there else flooded basement . Well done.
Thanks Peter 👍
Spooky house lol. Pipes said ahhh finally who plugged my butt 🤣
Lol
Wow, that was unbelievable! Haha! Very entertaining content Donald, thanks.
Thanks Geraldine 👍
Been a good bit since we have seen a line with THAT much pressure backed up in it but that likely as coming from nearly all the lines to get that much water. Tell you one thing, them having to clean out that sump pump catch basin is not gonna be a fun experience. :P That's gonna be a smelly mess.
Good luck to the cleaning lady that was upstairs 👍
Plumbing nightmare. Good job Donald
It sure was Zalma, thanks 👍
I hope you buy the extended warranty with those light!
Great job Donald 👍 When will people learn that you shouldn't flush wipes. When I helped my uncle clearing lines, he would say sometimes you have no choice...pop the top
It's true Ken, thanks 👍
Definitely a top 10 gusher
Definitely
Man that was a wild one for sure.
Definitely
Awesome gusher !!!
It sure was 👍
I think I saw some golden nuggets go air borne.😂
😆 🤣
Chapter 3 of the Plumbing Hazards Masterclass:
Case 1: Integral drainage explosion. When this event occurs the only thing we can do is pray that hell ends soon and give thanks for surviving.
😆😉👍
Jeee, WHAT A MESS 😩! Another one where you just think: Why in the world didn't they call a little earlier ... Great job, no hesitation although you knew what was coming 👍
Thanks 👍
Wow what a gusher, awesome lol
😉👍
Nice job Donald 👍🥰🙏
Thanks Laura 👍
Wow, Gateway Computer boxes……they were quite the thing in the 90s!
😉👍
That setup for the sump pump discharge is not legal in my country. The line must never join a sewage line, but be discharged directly out side. Super job, Donald
And which country is that that I should never ever go to if you’re discharging to the public air?! People are stupid, they put all sorts of stuff down drains, including chemicals so which country is that again?? 🤔🤨🧐
not legal in most of the USA either (now) but most older systems are allowed to stay as is.
@@1-2_Flush_Water_Saver sump pumps are for ground water and rain water leaks. Not for sewage. It makes total sense that you cant tie them into sewer lines.
In my country (Austria/Europe) it is completely ilegal to dump any sewer water outside. Everything hat to go to sewage treatment plant by law, (almost) without exception. Even a septic system is absolutely illegal - we have to build a "real" 3 chamber sewage treatment plant or a sealed collecting pit that has to be emptied at short intervals if there is no public sewer around...
@@FixitFrank exactly
Hope no wet wipes fell in the sump pump pit, they will clog it. Nice work.
I dout it, thanks 👍
That poor little sump pump 😂
Lol
That was the most tentative here goes nothing I’ve ever heard from you!
Because I knew I was going to take a 💩 shower 🚿 🤦♂️🤪
that run along the crawl space is just waiting to clog.. im guessing paper and sewage built up in that line then got pushed as a glob down to the main trap area and shut the whole house down.. you can see that uphill area.. wonder what the deal is with that just laying on the crawl space floor..
🤷♂️😉👍
That cap landed in Jersey.
😆 🤣
Holy shit 😳 😳
🤯
Yay, another Bellagio moment...
😉👍
I may have asked this before but have you ever been back to a place that had wipes as the big issue and they denied but you get another call 6 mths later you get a call with the same issue. Also using the fluffy tissue paper causing havoc.
All the time!
Thar she Blows.
Should the sump pump outlet be connected to the other side of the trap?
Thanks for sharing
Usually, the traps need to be free and open for maintenance, not occupied with a sum pump or washing machine hose that you typically would see.
That pressure was wild! Great vid to start the week.
Thanks 👍
😮😂 greatest example u giving us and job get paid sir great vibes respect from 205 pisces black alpha Male Birmingham Alabama home of the civil rights movement
Thanks 🫡
Almost as much a gyser as 115 when you went wipe-water rafting lol
A gusher of POOPOO!
Lol
I think we should always open the downstream cap first. If it were me..
I do Tim, but in this case, they had a sum pump connected to the outline.
Especially when it’s a new basement, though, it makes a huge mess
Sum pump saved the day.
I just hope the pump didn't intake the paper... that'd be the next repair.
I dout it, it was a small pump.
Wipes for days
😉👍
Hey, NYDRAINS? I’m thinking You won’t see this, but if getting a new camera would fix this please get one (if you can of course)!
My problem is that whenever the pipe unclogs and bursts, the quality around the burst is weird and turns into squares. If you pause during it happens you can see what I mean. Thanks!
Hey, I usually use a Gopro12, but on this particular day in question I was using my 2nd camera the GoPro8 which both are recording in 4K, because i accidently drop the camera and cracked the lens, so
I'm not sure because it looks crystal clear on my end. 🤷♂️
👍👍
😉👍
6:48 who is bright idea was it to flush a lightbulb?
Lol
oh gosh, whats left on the floor has to air dry?
Think I'd have to move, it can't smell to good.
Should at least put down bleach then air dry.
They had a cleaning lady there before I got there 😉👍
Judging by the size and placement of the sump pump pit this wasn't the customer's first rodeo.
😉👍
You Found A Light Bulb
💡 👌
Hey bro do you fix running sound toilets
👎
I think that's the largest "gusher" I've seen on your channel, Don. Unless you know better... :D
Check out Clogged Drain #26 , it does come in top 10 Hugh 😉
Wet wipes and dead light bulbs go in the rubbish bin
Lol
Is there an exorcism happening upstairs?
Lol
Can u pull a toilet and hit it that way with that house trap?
I did on the second floor In the beginning because that was the initial clog. Unfortunately, an hour later got a phone call . The 1st fl was now clogged, and the customer was not paying for a remove n reset again! Plus, it was a long run and wouldn't get down in the trap.
@@NYDRAINS I always wondered if u can clear a house trap from an another floor toilet flange lol good work man . Keep the videos coming bro thanks for the response
@drainjunkies np, honestly, it's too far away. It's possible, but if the clog is deep in the trap, it's not happening.
@@NYDRAINS yeah definitely makes sense. I always run the line from a clean out of possible. But some homes in Baltimore don’t have any cleanouts in the home anymore. The easiest jobs are ones I can hit from a clean out in the yard holding water and never have to go inside lol
@drainjunkies as long as it's not cold n snowing/raining 👍
House traps are stupid, glad they don’t have them on the west coast.
😉👍
4:05 ew 🤢

😋
money money money money money money money money money money money money money money money money money
😉👍
So much pressure the blockage cleared itself 💩👍
Lol
Remember me?
✌️
And all that for $49.95
So you couldn't have taken the lid off the other side and cleared the blockage from that side. I think you just like making a mess for the videos.
He would've had to dismantle the pump in order to do that....
that was my thought. Take off the small rubber hose connecting the sump, pop the outlet cap and slowly break the blockage.
@@fatman3785 I have to be in the defense of Donald on this one like I usually am because I do the same thing that he does and when there is that kind of pressure and a small thin wall of soap scum and grease and other stuff that’s holding it in, there is no such thing as a “slow release“! It’s still under pressure and it’s still going to pop with velocity!
It wasn’t like there was a check valve on the other side and the only thing we could’ve done was pump it afterward that was not the case in this situation where it could be that way. For you folks have never done this kind of work you should not be “Monday morning quarterbacks“
Edward H. - “Integrity Plumbing, Septic and Drain“ out of the Clinton, CT USA area.
What you expect you pay for what you get 😂
it still would have exploded. the amount of water would be too much for the pipe size.
