Yes, the comment about the skin color even happened way BEFORE THE WEDDING, but Meghan still wanted to marry into the royal family and become a FULL WORKING ROYAL, when they were offered to be a royal ambassador in the commonwealth and live somewhere in Africa, since the royal family knew he would have been happy with such an option, but Meghan refused it. She could never live somewhere remote, she needs a place, where she could throw tantrums, draw attention to herself and get influential people to lie for her.
When that comment about the skin and hair color dropped, Harry was even laughed about it. lt was Meghan, that caused the drama, made Harry feel uncomfortable for laughing and accusing his family of racism, only for him then to claim, they would have never accused his family of racism.
William and Catherine lived in Anglesey after their wedding, William worked there as a rescue pilot with regular shifts like a commoner without any special treatments. Harry and Meghan could have done the same, but they refused.

I'm a black African lady, and frankly, we Africans also do talk about the colour of babies skin etc when they are yet to be born. We talk about whether the baby will be darker or a bit lighter, browner etc & other features the child may inherit.
Moreso siblings born to the same Africans parents don't always have the same skin tone hence this is a very common conversation even among black Africans too, not to say when one of the parents is mixed-race, it's common place to talk about it more because we are naturally curious to know which of the parents skin tone the child will take. This is such a common discussion that is ridiculous to listen to someone whinging thatvsuch conversationis racist🙄. It's a normal conversation!! It's rather unfortunate that some people allow their own sensitivities to affect their judgement. It's really terrible!!

She was a direct descendent of King Alfonso of Portugal and Oruana, a beautiful Moor (North African Islamic). Their son Martin married Ines, another Moorish ancestor from whom Queen Charlotte inherited her facial features. Like Meghan Markle (before she had plastic surgery to change her African nose to Caucasian), Queen Charlotte had African features, but very pale skin.
Diana brought Asian blood into the Royal family from a half East Indian ancestor.

My son is mixed race. Nobody took offence when the question was asked about my sons potential skin tone. Its a natural question to ask!

I’m a Red haired woman with blue eyes. I married a Dark haired man with Hazel eyes. When I was pregnant with my first born my father in- law use to comment often what genes would be stronger. He was born with blue eyes and strawberry hair he was a gift from all the genetic combinations of our ancestors. It’s a common discussion. That Evil no good woman turned it to a racist comment.

We're talking as recently as her boyfriend before Harry. She told all Corey's friends she was Italian. She had White on her driver's license, for years on he CV. Plus she had plastic surgery to change her African nose to Caucasian. We've all seen her photos growing up. Earlier this year she released the photos, only the new version now has her Caucasian plastic surgery nose photoshopped onto all her childhood photos to make it look like she never had an African nose. Disturbing.

I am pasty-white German, and hubby is dark skin Italian. We talked about what our baby would look like all the time. I hoped for our son to get his dad’s coloring, which he did, and he’s beautiful.

Not really. Dark skin and eyes' genes are dominant and normally "overpowers" light skin and eyes' genes. On the other side, I think it perfectly normal to talk about how the child might look like, mainly when the parents are of different etnic groups. This is the case of my family and we discuss this and other issues frequently.
