Yes! I just got one of these from a state grant last month and I'm looooving it even though it takes awhile to learn all the features. I use it for school, leisurely reading, and drawing. I'm starting college this fall and I feel it'll be such a useful tool.
Very helpful review. I am mostly looking at magnification, and the Cloverbook Pro ticks most of the boxes. I've mostly been using Seeing AI, but it botches tables, making it difficult to read product instructions and some of the correspondence I receive. I'm also interested in the selfie mode, as magnifying mirror just aren't cutting it for me. It would be awesome if the Lite model has these features too, given that I don't need OCR. Definitely something to check out.
If I remember right, there's a middle model that has the camera for distance and self viewing but doesn't have OCR. You may want to double check the website and or call them, but I think that might be a happy medium smiley 😊. I know how you feel about those tables! Sometimes I try all the different OCR apps and none of them just do them right. It's a frustration....
Very nice, but far too expensive for those of us on Social Security. Why doesn’t insurance cover devices for the blind? They are durable medical goods!

That is so awesome! I'm so glad that you like it and that it's working for you. Yes, it can take some time to learn all the functions though! :D
Amazing!! I hope I can get one but I didn’t find it here in Canada, it will help me at college a lot
Oh! I didn't realize it wasn't available in Canada. :(
@@carrieonaccessibilityit’s available but I meant in my province Ontario

I wish they did. Some insurances do, but most do not.
