Send the week with me as a just live and embrace change and transition. I am trying my fitness journey again, and again and AGAIN and this time I am trying out Reformer Pilates for the first time. I really enjoyed this session and definitely going back.
I then catch up with my friend for brunch at Pantry in Brynston.
Come with me for a TH-cam couching meeting with @Masechabakobedi (please check out her channel), we had a productive and fun meeting and ended up at the mall, doing what girls do.
I obviously end of our week with church as always.
