Congrats on the house. I'm 56 years old and JUST paid my house off last month after 25 years of payments. I actually paid by check instead of debit card just so I can have a copy of that last payment, lol. It was the sweetest check I've ever written.

I just found what I wanted to do with my life at 35 years old and it’s crazy how excited I am for the future for me. To be able to have a career in something I finally have a passion in is the greatest feeling I’ve never been able to experience. With all that said, my goal since I was a kid was to own my own home to call my own.

If you ever need to express yourself artistically but are afraid of what others think, just remember Richie gave no fucks about what the neighbors would talk about, watching him dangling from the rafters bringing down (or up in my opinion) property values and morphing that cookie cutter structure into the spooky house every child in the area will talk about for ages to come. It probably went down property values aren’t opinionated, they’re fact. It’s his house he SHOULD do whatever the fuck he wants. I just hope he made sure there’s no HOA rules that are going to make him repaint it normal colors.
