Harris has evolved in her presentations since becoming a VP. I'd like Biden to stay on, but have someone in the Cabinet that would resume VP, if Harris needs to take the reigns...Also, Biden should be given a special role in the cabinet as an advisor to the next president. If you are talking about the valid prosecution for falsification of records, that is nonsense. If you are talking about the disqualification, which was brought up by none other than Mitch McConnell as he nullified his vote after holding the trial after Trump was out of office and Trump's own lawyers, that is equally nonsense. If you are talking about his forging state documents, that is nonsense. If you are talking about his avoiding litigation on documents that included classified documents, that is equally nonsense.
On the other hand, the Republicans admitted that their investigations in 2016 were designed to harm Hillary Clinton as a Presidential candidate. On the other hand, none of the investigations found any evidence on Biden, and yet the investigations continue. On the other hand, even though their own candidate does the same thing, the Republican party has argued that mistakenly speaking the wrong name is evidence of a competence issue.
