    I have been living in Emaar Gurgaon Greens from last 2 years, amazing. Excellent everything. 10/10 till mid 2023. But Suddenly the rents have doubled...For the sake of hard working people living on rent please don't pay more than Rs 27000 per month. I am being honest as it is the Max worth as a win win situation... You also need to compensate on below challenges...1) Only good for work from home please. 2) No MNC provides cab here..3) Uber/Zomato partners are not happy to deliver here. 4) Extreme trouble of water logging during rains 5) the malls nearby are useless 6) No good market in the radius of 5 KM...7) Schools nearby are horrible...8) Sec 102 is not for everyone, the loneliness here can get you in the dipression...Many more advantages and disadvantage...but please don't pay the rent blindly and raise the expectations of landlords...🙏

      @@2pacshakur181 in the Last 6 months the rates have gone super high even for purchase...if you could keep patience of 3 to 4 years...i would recommend to book with some reputed brand.. though you will get possession after few years buy it will be very fruitful in the future 👍 as per my opinion

      Sector 104 is the most promising sector in the future of the Dwarka expressway, Sheetla mata mandir is close by, schools and future universities have been planned in the nearby which would cause less traffic and more open areas in sector 104.
      The sectors of New Gurugram are close to Manesar and pollutants from these industries can cause a lot of health issues such as cancer and there are no good hospitals nearby and they are very far from Delhi as well as prominent areas of Gurugram such as Medanta, golf course etc.

      @@manoj4911 Sector 104 has a better location advantage, being closer to Delhi as well as Gurgaon. Sector 90-93 are way too far from Delhi and far from main Gurgaon as well.

    Great job...kindly cover the cremation ground next to ROF Allayas in 102 sector..some villagers are not ready to shift the cremation ground for self interest n they are demanding huge money from builder although land he already been allotted for cremation ground..
    Families shifted in ROF Allayas are suffering due to that..Think if kids who see live burrying of bodies from top who has house on upper floors in RIF ALLAYAS.
    Hope u will cover n the authorities will see n take action

      best place would be sectors adjoining Dwarka like sec113, 112,110,109.
