    I like how he demonstrates that it can cut thin copper and Al after he cuts thru an inch of steel with it.

      I did think that. Copper and Ally chips are "sticky" so bigger tooth clearance is more effective compared to cutting steel. Obviously I never doubted this would cut the thin walled stuff here.

    Diablo in Milwaukee are the only Sawzall blades I use they last the longest

      Dewalt blades aren’t bad either, of course I’ve only used the metal blades on metal and plastic so I couldn’t speak to the wood/multi purpose blades

      Go get yourself a carbide tipped blade... They blow the standard punched steel blades out of the water.

      You want a real solid blade that will hold up a long time go buy some Lennox blades, I had one in my Sawsall that lasted 10 years cutting through floors with nails and sheetrock in ceilings while doing hvac installs it outlasted my Sawsall lol then I lost it, I tried the Milwaukee's, DeWalt, and diablos, absolutely hated them then I finally found more lennox at Lowe's.

      Milwaukee sawzall blades are strong 2nd to dioblo . That says alot if you consider Milwaukee isn't an exclusive blade manufacturer.

    I love my Milwaukee sawzall. It helped a ton with cleaning up my yard after the hurricane. Definitely was my most valuable tool in that scenario

    I always try to use the farthest end as much as I can for wood and softer materials so when I get those thick metals I can use the thicker part of the blade and have better control.

      Great idea. Cutting closer to the guard just gives more control and reduces kick back

    Great looking blade! Buuut next, you should test out a wrench! ...Perhaps on the bolts that are making a damn fine attempt to hold down your vice..;)

      It's a demo blade. Only has 6 teeth per inch. You're way better off with a 18 TPI metal cutting blade.

    Once used a diablo carbide tooth sawzall blade to cut a wheel bearing race for a trucks rear axle. Barely any damage to the blade and we still use it. Cuts through exhaust pipe like butter even after that. Had to cut the converter out of my cars old exhaust and throw away the rest of it.

    I used this and a diablo demo demon blade on the same job. Out of the box Milwaukee took it, but after the first couple dozen cuts it dulled, diablo had a much much longer life span.

    Don’t get me wrong I love Milwaukee tools. The battery power tools and pack out are hands down the best on the market. But some tools and equipment will always stand out of the crowd. Diablo is my go to for any saw blades, Dewalt for compound miter saws, Klein for hand tools. No matter what people say you’ll never ever beat Diablo in the reciprocating saw blade market.

    Great blade but they wear out way too quickly , had a jam at the sawmill I worked at on the lift chain and sawed for 8 mins before i had to go upstairs and get a new one ( the one on it was next to new )

      I use silicon carbide blades for thick steel. It's slow going, but I've cut through 2¼inch thru-hardened steel bar with it.

    If you want the best blade on the market you gotta buy Diablo blades. I work in plumbing and those are the only ones that can put up with abuse from my experience.

    You have to put the saw up against the part your cutting so the blade can travel the farthest distance going back and forth to get the best cutting action. The way your doing it the saw is moving back and forth instead of the blade.

    Pro tip: notice the blade is 10” long, use it. Using only the proximal 2” will punish just that 2”. Pay attention or pay cash.

      Your also suppose to keep the material up against the fence ideally. Thats where adjusting the fence out helps

      I was thinking the same thing I’m a plumber and I sleep with my saw under my pillow. When cutting you want to move the saw forward and back slowly to use the entire blade instead of wearing out the most important section of the blade. If you don’t starting a cut will be a pain which will make the blade useless.
