- Deleting all the social media accounts of mine which I use personally by myself. In order to fix my mind to focus for long form contend not short form. - I’m gonna do 5 - 10 minutes of meditation per day. Because meditation keeps me well and I have to breathe like a king at least 5 - 10 minutes of day for removing all of the carbon gas from my lungs. - Eating more protein is the definitely gonna be the next thing that I’m gonna do. I am not trying to go extreme on my self in first month because, If I will continue in this way and If i know myself I know that setting up like extreme goal like that is like setting myself for failure. - Will try to walk at least 3 times a week in street for around like 20 to 30 minutes.
