    I want to correct: Obedience is to the Allah-sent Rassoul first and foremost as nobody can interact with Allah but with our Beloved Prophet, yes. 1. Abu Lahab and others did not disobeyed Al Khalik. 2. When Abu Lahab asked his nephew "what is in my hands?" The most handsome retorted: "ask them yourself who I am". When he did the result is a miracle: all the pebbles in chorus said La elaha illalllaho Muhammadur Rassoulallah. 3. When a new convert asked for a miracle, Our Rassoul asked him to say to the tree: Mohammad (s w s) is calling you. The tree obeyed our exalted Prophet. There are many and many instances that OBEDIENCE IS ONLY TO OUR RASSOUL. Take it otherwise, if one disobeys our Last Prophet, that one in fact disobeys our Rabb-ul-alameen. Let me put it further: Someone accepts Allah subbanahu Taala like a christian or jew but disobeys our beloved Rassoul - there is no guarantee that he could pass Yaum-e- Daza Examination.(the day of retribution - the day of judgement)

      First of all, it was the earth angel Gabriël that came down (in his true angelic form) and said three times “iqra” (can be translated as read or recite). Upon which the Prophet ﷺ answered “I can’t read.”
      After this being said three times Jibreel (Gabriël) revealed the first ayah (verse) from the Holy Quran (96:1) which is:
      اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ
      Recite in the name of your Lord who created
      So the point you’re trying to make doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Allah ﷻ (God) Himself, being All-Knowing & All-Wise, asks many times a (retorical) question which are mentioned in the Quran.
      This does not mean He wants to learn or doesn’t know the answer, on the contrary it’s a form of educating us (humankind) so we might ponder over certain things.

      The angel asked him to recite. Yes the angel knew and of course God knows everything, who can read and who can't, but God chose him for a reason, and someone doesn't need to be educated to receive revelations

    The Quran is complete, why do Muslims follow the hadith more?
    This leads us astray..

    • @abdaalahmad5483
      @abdaalahmad5483 3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      The quran contains all the beliefs, laws abd practices of muslims, and the hadith tells us how to perform that task( sucb as the Qur'an tells us to establish prayers, the hadith tells us how to pray) the Qur'an and the hadith can be seen metaphorically as the book(Quran) and the the light(hadith). And muslims follow both of these not one.

No Quran 24.33 don't rape a woman but if you rape her then Allah will forgive you and God will blessed you because you rape her if it was a woman that committed the sin of raping Quran will say stone her to death because it was a sin that man committed that is why it was not a sin that was not a an oppressed Quran 37.147 Allah says he didn't love a man more than a woman they were equor Quran 37.150 why are you judging the women like that you men because Allah know you oppressed the women you say you don't oppressed your women why didn't you men cover your fase as your women did Quran 16.60 if your woman give birth to a baby girl they will not be happy why because you men will oppressed this girl's as you men we there mothers but the women of Christian are happy when they give birth to a baby girl because we didn't oppressed them because they are a girl

Only more punishments if they are married women or men. You have Zero knowledge. Yusuf Estate were born and raised in Christian Priests Family. You think it’s a joke for his whole family members revert to Islam. They know inside and outside of Christian and Muslim religion

      Bro 😂 i wonder what were you thinking and where do you even get the translation. Because there is no such thing as woman gets punishment for adulteries but man doesnt. Punishment for married man or married woman doing adulteries is even more actually. And there is no such thing as rape is okay in islam. Gosh, even if there are people that missed translated or misunderstood al-Quran, i've never heard any misuderstoods that come this far 😅 and it was obviously illogical

    When I listen to Mr. Yusuf Estes, I can see that he has no idea being raised in an "Arabized" Culture. Because Islam is not a moral teaching (which should be the case) but more of an export of Arabic tribal culture of 7th century, by the 21st century Saudi desert bedouins..
    Mr. Estes also does not share many verse information to back his "wishfully modernised version" of Islam as well, which again unfortunately does not exist in any Muslim community today. So in practice, if we accept his view of Islam; Then current Scandinavians are way more ideal Muslims than any Arab States today (excluding fornication rules maybe ?)
    Bottomline ; The verses mention that 2 women testify was worth 1 men's or men could marry up to 4 women in harsh times (to protect women ?). etc.. So, you talk about women rights in Islam ? Come on :)

      From what I know 1st rule you described is not general,but refers to certain kind of transaction with Money (I dont know the english word). And second is to protect widows, who had a really shitty wife for most of the history in most of the cultures. Of course they had been abused by interpretators from the past, but it seems to change at least in the west. And some may laugh and say that if western muslim scholars say anything about Islam Then itd worth less than when an Arab scholar says something. But no one would say something like that about malaysian scholars I guess? I see it the way that Islam may be purified and get rid of these cultural things in the west and it would be a good thing

    • @guclumelek79
      @guclumelek79 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@werak.8595 Dear Wera, the first rule you ask is already being stated in the Quran. Not related with money or else..
      It is generally called “Sharia Laws” and already being implemented in some Islamic states like S. Arabia and Iran. But not done in, say, Turkey as a secular Muslim majority country...
      The point here is , if any Holy Book is advising these, it cannot be “universal” and “timeless”. Thus, it becomes not more than a book written by a common man. Which in my community, is the first accusation to Christian religion having “revised” Bibles by man.
      Well that may be correct. And I also believe each and every “Holy” Book is revised at some point. Matter is how it is revised and if it serves the well being of the mankind... That is valid for the Prophet as well..
      For example ; a “Prophet” of God Almighty should always be an example of his holiness, to show way to mankind, right ?
      Then, marrying 6 year old baby girl ( I don’t care if they intercoursed at her age of 9 or 18..) , this is not a logical thing to make good example as a Prophet. Even in 7th century Arabia..
      So my overall point is ; if we say Quran is NOT corrupt, then it is not a book of Justice for humankind and women in particular.. ( As 2 women equals 1 man in courts in Sharia Law for instance.. ) OR if that information is wrong and God/Allah never thinks of his holy creatures unequal , then we must accept that Quran is revised at some point and thus it is (also?) corrupt.
      Be my guest , choose one.
      Regards,

      "O you who believe! When you contract a debt for a fixed period, write it down(...)And if there are not two men (available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her."
      Yeah, it clearly states that it's in a situation regarding money. And I've read scholars agree that it should not be extrapolated to other testimonies.
      And in a culture promoted by Islam, where man is supposed to take care of all financial stuff, it doesnt seem strange. In that situation woman just isnt super accustomed to such things like making financial contracts.
      I mean, I just try to be fair. I'm not a muslim,but I want to learn about values promoted by Islam and I want to distinguish them from cultural stuff.

    • @guclumelek79
      @guclumelek79 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@werak.8595 You cannot expect a Holy Book to be a constitutional reference. It cannot simply write down all law scenarios and how it’s witness structure to be in each case :)
      So, you cannot justify this passage as a monetary matter law act only, because this is a Holy Book. It is meant to refer something and lead the believers to live/act accordingly..
      The point is that if somehow a witness is required ; then 1 man is equal to 2 women.
      I don’t know which scholars are mentioning this as it is only valid for monetary and not other aspects of law, but then it is still irrelevant today’s life. Which again makes my above discussion point as it can not be a timeless manuscript. It is either man-fabricated or plain false..
      Besides can you show me one country ruled with Shariah and this witness rule is applied for monetary law matters only..?? Just name one.
      P.S. Since you said you’re not Muslim, I can also say that I was born and raised as a Muslim boy.
      And I only used my plain logic to get out of it.
