I pray the rosary every day. For each bead, I think of someone who needs my prayer and I dedicate that Hail Mary to them.

Merry Christmas to you! Take it to the Lord in prayer and ask Him to show you His Will. I am a convert of forty years now. I first came to faith in Christ in the Baptist church but began to explore Catholicism after being introduced to the rosary and the history of the Blessed Virgin’s apparitions at Fatima by some friends. The rosary is a marvellous way of meditating on the principal events of Our Lord’s life in the Gospels. I can’t encourage you to pray it enough. God bless you in your journey.

I’m not a Christian, but while cruising a tiny gypsy shop something stood out to me: a little red pouch with a white cross and flower on the front. Inside was a beautiful rosary with ruby beads, a crucifix, and a pendant of a saint I didn’t know named Therese. I now know her as St. Therese the Little Flower and I absolutely adore her. I pray on this rosary while I continue to figure out my faith because it helps with my anxiety. Thank you for this video!

I’m what I describe as a non-practicing Catholic. I’m not religious and don’t have a strong or any belief in god - BUT- the other day at work, out of the blue, I “heard” more like felt a message to pray the rosary. It was the weirdest thing. Then the next day or so I saw a bumper sticker that said, “pray the rosary”. It really felt like a reminder. I’m not going to try and rationalize it, I’m going to give it a shot. It’s been nagging at me for a few weeks now.

PART OF MY CONVERSION STORY : THE ROSARY AND MERACLES I HAD!!!
Thank GOD for our LADY OF GADALUPE; when I visited her Shrine in Mexico in Dec. 2012. And I was suffering at the time of "Sleep Apenea" I was healed really while still there - FRARNKLY, my first intensions were to honor her.
† Also, when I prayed the Rosary to help me to quit cigaretes on May 17, 1998, she answered my prayers immediately, though I was SUPER skeptical at that time.
†Truely, when I prayed few rosaries in December 12, 2000, I was healed from my unbelief - and I tried at the time first to pray OUR FATHER, but I couldn't remember the prayer... †For now I have recently been diagnosed of "THYROID" which made my life upside down.
†I'll continue praying & trusting really!
†Since my conversion, I try NOT to miss attending Masses weekly or daily etc.
Thank God for ROSARY 🙏 prayer! AMEN -
    †By Saba Korial, and I was born in Middle East, now Christian Catholic & Canadian. 2 Timothy 2: 4 & 4: 7

Then let these sincere words of the scripture nurture your faith as you listen to them; faith comes by hearing. Same with the Lord's Prayer, Glory Be, and all other prayers.

Thank you Father for this information. I’m a Christian. My grandmother was Catholic and she would always say the prayers associated with the rosary. So I’m familiar with it even though I didn’t grow up Catholic. I wish to join the Catholic Church. I carry a rosary with me and I pray it the way you instructed in this video. It brings a sense of calm and love to me. I’m feeling a strong pull to the Catholic faith. ❤️

I can feel it come through your words in confidence. I am just now learning about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Please make more videos of teachings. I will listen in silence. With much love across the pond, May God be with you always.

Great for those relearning. So wish I had utube when I was young. I was afraid to tell anyone I lost my rosary. I used big rocks out in the field. Made a rosary with them and sticks. In doors I had smaller rocks. One day my mom asked me out in the cow field . What are you doing after 6 years without a rosary I told my mom. A few days later my Aunt showed up with a rosary

Well this is interesting. I’ve never known this as I didn’t grow up in Catholic Church, but came to Christ in college. I appreciate these. And I can appreciate the structure more for autism and being disorganized and I can appreciate this for the order and non chaotic prayers because of anxiety and ocd. :). This is fairly helpful where I didn’t really realize or know it would be because I truly was unaware of- rosaries and even how the Anglican Church uses them either. And I have friends I pray for daily and I was unaware truly- that even Mary is asked to pray for sinners at the hour of death and she would intercede for us too in death. It’s intriguing as I’ve always prayed specifically for believers I know to be spared from the second death in revelation.

I was raised a Lutheran, but have slowly become more and more Catholic. I pray the Rosary often. I pray that our Holy Mother will pray for me and the many other sinners of the world. I don't make her equal to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but simply ask her to pray to the Lord for me. As someone told me, she isn't God but she is like your helper for getting your prayers heard. I hope I didn't offend anyone.

@@charlier3647 no one blasphemes against the rosary as you did, without blaspheming against all that is holy in it. I warn you of this abyss which you refer to, because Satan indeed hates this practice. Exorcisms prove it.

    • @doktorenko
      @doktorenko 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@charlier3647 The rosary is based on the words of scripture. These words being truth, you can't reach God without Mary: she is the one worthy of receiving Christ on earth, and that psalter (or now called the rosary) has always been prayed, even before Constantine. Because the "Hail Mary" was the dew that led to the salvation of humanity.
And where does the bible mention that the rosary is necromancy? I stated evidence, not scripture, where it is recorded in an infinitude of exorcisms how the Ave Maria causes demons to utter cries of terror. If it is necromancy, (which is the practice of talking to the dead SOULS and not saints) then how could the devil's kingdom divide itself?
In fact, when Saint Dominic preached the rosary to the peoples and performed miracles with it, a heretic continuously blasphemed against all the mysteries of the rosary, and made fun of the Saint's practice and accused him of sorcery (now if that's not blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, then what is). As a means of punishment, God allowed 1500 devils to enter the man's body. At each Hail Mary, 100 devils left his body, and soon later the heretic repentend and joined the rosary confraternity. A throng were present then which confirms the story's validity. Even now, you can see it.
Reflect only a bit before rejecting Heaven's bounteous gift for our salvation, unlike the jews who tried to kill God because it threatened their importance, and because they considered what He declared to be against the Torah.

I’m 25 and have been brought up catholic. I decided from an early age that religion wasn’t for me and had a very negative perception of it. With the way the world is right now and the fears I have for its future, I feel this incredibly strong pull back to my born and raised religion. It’s a very strange feeling, anyone who knows me would be shocked honestly. But I can’t help feel comfort in the symbols and the prayers I once found so unimportant and mundane. I bought my first set of rosarys today. My first set since I was gifted them as a child on my first holy communion. I actually cried when I bought them. This is a very strange feeling that even I can’t rationalise with.

Father Matthew, this is very informative and I think it will take me some time to familiarise and master the Holy Rosary. I'm a Catholic of fifty two years of age and ten days ago I went to confession, attended Mass then received Holy communion for the first time since my late teens. During that long period of absence from the Church I never stopped believing in God and our Blessed Mother. Now I've returned, I wish to continue with my religious obligations and for me learning and reciting the Holy Rosary is something I feel quite compelled to do. I intuitively feel the world has gone wrong with so many aspects of life that there are some very important changes going to happen throughout the whole of humanity, maybe because of this or not, I definitely felt the influence of Jesus giving me the choice to return to him or continue as I was. I love having God in my life now and I never want to be separated again. So thank you Father Matthew for the above lesson, it's very instructive. All the best.
