To The East Blackwards- the album that I learned hiphop on. That album is in my heart. Love. Sad I missed the performance. Glad to see you doing well. Great podcast, Queen! ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿

It was so cool to see Bro J in person. I remember watching the American Music Awards in 1990 just because X Clan was nominated in a category

Im from Louisiana, it would be an honor, and i would actually appreciate it as a "funkin lesson " to meet Brother J and/or any of the members of The Mighty X-Clan, i bought that cassette and it impacted my mentality immediately. I still regard their first album as a CLASSIC. Vanglorious, this is protected....BY THE RED, THE BLACK, AND THE GREEN. WITH A KEY!! S!@#YEEEEE!!!!

I can respect that, however, I am curious. Who else is in that top-3? You know what, who are your top-5 and why?

@@TheQueensAddress I wish that you'd asked him for his Top 5 (non-NYC) lyricists of all time to remove the geographical bias that those brothers definitely have. LOL Or what are five underappreciated albums that he would place in a hip-hop archive for succeeding generations to listen to in an attempt to understand this never-ending gift of Hip-Hop.

I remember all the times that you called me an animal, but in Milwaukee there's a cannibal - that was a hard line when it came out
