Wow, this was right on time!! As a Christian, the Daniel’s Fast (and spiritual fasting in general) has always been a part of my lifestyle. However, not as nearly as much as I would like it to be, within the last 6 months. As she mentioned in the video, many of us struggle with planning, suitable options and simply, the will power to sustain it. From youth to adulthood, I’ve went from mainly only eating chicken, to Pescatarian, to Vegetarian, to (baby) Vegan - hehe But truth be told, I went absolutely “HAM” since the holidays rolled in, and all these events and parties I’ve been invited to. I’m so excited to get back on track again, and to share this video 😉. ~Vernae~
