Agreed. That is no small feat. The fact that he also managed to fight on fairly even grounds with Moonshadow elves at the height of their power is proof that he's earned his place on the crownguard.

@@LordCommander-ui2fw At one point he was fending off 2 of them at once. Either Soren is exceptionally strong, or the elves aren't as superior to humans as they think.
@@ShadeSlayer1911 Judging from how some of the guards were absolutely murked by the elf assassins, looks like its more-so Soren and Amaya are just that good at fighting. Lucky for the humans they aren't elves!

if you ever feel like you have a weird idea, remember that a whole crew decided to animate soren doing pushups to show off and a sound team recorded this wonderful script. And you might end up make thousands of people happier.

Soren basically plays the same role in The Dragon Prince that Zuko plays in Avatar, doesn’t he? How about Zuko voicing the intro of Avatar?
Water, and others. Long ago, those elements lived in pure harmony... But then, these super tough fire guys attacked. I mean tough. Like this. *Soren does pushups* See this guy? He's an Avatar. Basically, he controls all the elements. He's way stronger than them, especially when he glows, then he's like this: *pushups with one finger* A hundred years or so and these people from the Water Tribe discover a new Avatar, who only knows how to currently control the air and can stop those super tough fire guys. *camera tilts to the sun as title appears* AAA THAT HURTS MY EYES!!!!!!!

Can I just say something about when Soren was talking about the dark magic:Soren says that *apparently* dark magic uses “magical creatures’ body parts” when using dark magic, but this clearly isn’t true because in the original intro they say that it takes a creatures’ essence (which is essentially like their life force). So this makes me think that maybe Viren has told Soren and maybe Claudia a few lies about the use of dark magic. I can’t be sure though until we see season 2
