This one sounds like an unreleased song of hers and that’s amazing😍
this album is Norman F*cking Rockwell pt. II. like when you’ve picked up yourself from the ashes & accepted your past, the passionate life you lived - you’re close to 80yrs old, sitting in a chair in a nursing home reliving your fkng life. idk, you guys, this album really depresses me. it is a work of art- words can’t even explain. does anyone else feel scared? lol like, Lana, please tell us you’re still gonna keep making music.
p.s. i am living for all these comments
I feel you completely friend
It hurts that lana is so underrated
She is so talented and beautiful literal goddess
I KNEW THIS WOULD BE THE BEST TRACK AS SOON AS I SAW THE TRACKLIST
Same. Its insane
this is one of her best songs tbh
Average listeners will say her music all sounds the same when actually for us its different every time 🦋
I couldn’t agree more :)
Hahahahaha thats the best. She doesnt need another fckng style.
Exactlyyyy
Amen
Yess!
The beat bro, that damn beat
Yes 🔥💘
THIS WOMAN MAKES ME CRAZY.. LOOK AT WHAT SHE DID.. LOOK AT THIS ALBUM.. I JUST CANT BELIEVE. LOVE U LOVE U LOVE U!! I GUESS WE DONT DONT DESERVE U BUT THANK U FOR ALL THESE THINGS. XOXO
Lyrics:
It's dark, but just a game
That's what he would say to me
The faces aren't the same
But their stories all end tragically
(Sweet or whatever, baby)
And that's the price of fame
A tale as old as time, you'd be
(Sweet or whatever, baby)
A pretty little fool
To think exceptions to the rule
Just walk around
Like you and me, this way
But life is sweet or whatever, baby
You gotta take them for what they got
And while the whole world is crazy
We're getting high in the parking lot
We keep changing all the time
The best ones lost their minds
So I'm not gonna change
I'll stay the same
No rose left on the vines
Don't even want what's mine
Much less the fame
It's dark, but just a game
It's dark, but just a game
It's dark, but just a game
So play it like a symphony
You know our love's the same
They'll both go down in infamy
I was a pretty little thing
And got a lot to sing
But nothing came from either one but pain
(But fuck it)
Life is sweet or whatever, baby
Don't ever think it's not
While the whole world is crazy
We're making out in the parking lot
We keep changing all the time
The best ones lost their minds
So I'm not gonna change
I'll stay the same
No rose left on the vines
Don't even want what's mine
Much less the fame
It's dark, but just a game
We keep changing all the time
The best ones lost their minds
So I'm not gonna change
I'll stay the same
No rose left on the vines
Don't even want what's mine
Much less the fame
It's dark, but just a game
It's dark, but just a game
It's dark, but just-
OH MY GOD Elizabeth Woolridge Grant you’ve outdone yourself again!! 👑👑 this WHOLE album is a masterpiece. a work of art. truly amazing. god is a woman and it’s lana del rey !
This album makes me feel hopefull about life again. This year it’s so stranger, and this song melts my heart
me too
THE CHORUS OMG THE CHORUS
I believe that one day Lana will win the Grammy Award and she deserves it very much.
But Grammy doesn’t deserve her
Who cares about the Grammys
Grammy are irrelevant lol
WE STAN A GODDESS
1:04 bruh best part i love the way the melody just changes it sounds so pretty
At 1:45 I get the chills how the music makes me feel. Probably my favorite song on the album. Such a great album. Definitely Lizzy Grant vibes.
the verses are very AKA, but the chorus is just so transcendent and completely new from her... an instant discography highlight
THE BEST OF THE ALBUM
This is my favourite on the album. This whole album feels like a more evolved ultraviolence and, while ultraviolence is thus far still my favourite, this is so fucking good
I've always loved this song and now I'm glad even olivia rodrigo fans who didn't know bout this song can enjoy it now 😃
THE BEST TRACK ON THE ALBUM
One of her best songs and terribly underrated. What a brilliant track.
México te ama Lana, gracias por otra gran obra maestra ❣️

I'M SO IN LOVE WITH THIS ALBUM
2:40 to 3:05 is the best part of the whole album. Lana you should do more songs like that.
fr i love the way the melody just changes immediately after the other part
One of her best songs.
This song is so dope it can be played everywhere even at nightclub and pool bar.
This song she's shading the music industry frrrr
This song is an underrated masterpiece and I’ll leave it at that. ✨
Best song of the album right after White Dress. WHO DOES NOT LIKE THIS ALBUM DID NOT GET ITS POINT, PERIOD
I totally agree!
Agree 💯 this and White Dress are my top 2 too
imo this is better than white dress

best song on album period.
I'm already obsessed with the "wh-whatever baby"
I'm not over bart t t tender..

wild at heart también aaaahhh 😭
Dios mio tu cometsrio me define tant
I love this song chemtrails is my favourite album in the entire world
when she says "making out in the parking lot" reminds me of her old unreleased songs ahhhh
I’ll be doing drugs taking shots making out in parking lots
EU TÔ TODO ARREPIADO! 😭
Mds! PERFEITA!!!
Perfeita é a definição! ❤
Lana always improved herself, we’re proud of her
I’m crying this album I love her forever
Her voice on this one gives me Ultraviolence vibes. And the song is absolutely amazing, the cleaned-up breakdown is so good.
This is one of her best !!
Grammy is still trying hard to be Lana-worthy but this woman is making it hard for them by raising the standards every single time.
Period
Gonna need a music video for this masterpiece
