Note - I don't have an oven in my hosue. So I fried the masala on stove first and simultaneously heated the bread on pan on the other side. It came out very well 😊

There is no secret style for iyengar’s style, to each his own but with the basic ingredients, tomato, onion and carrot. No capsicum needed and definitely no chaat masala! I am from 80s and these are all fancy things that aren’t necessary. Just fry with curry leaves and turmeric with 🧅, 🍅 and 🥕 with mustard seeds and cumin and you’ll enjoy. Bread needs to be moist.
