Sir, My notice period was completed on 31st March 2022, but the company has not given my pending salary and Full and final settlement. Even my employer not responding to emails about delivering the relieving certificate, and experience certificate. what to do? and what is the time period to file any legal complaint.
Reliance is good in full and final policy. Just all you need to follow company policy and serve proper resign time. As per Reliance company last month salary is on hold and company give full and final after 45 days including 1month resign time period.

You have rights to give them your formal warning than you can damage in anyway if you feels guilty to not being paid, company must knew that he's harming people from inside. Don't think about results just do it.
