My mother drank aloe juice from Forever Living for years. She drank it to get off water pills. It worked very well. One time she swelled up when the hospital gave her steroids to clear up pneumonia. She walked in the hospital but when she left a week later was so swollen she couldn't walk out. They sent her home on water pills and more steroids. They said tbe swelling was from the steroids. It's a mild laxative. Start off with small glasses, build up to larger quantities when you are happy. I think a 1.5 litre bottle per day would not be too much and it's benefits might outweigh any minor discomfort.

It's a mild laxative. Start off with small glasses, build up to larger quantities when you are happy. I think a 1.5 litre bottle per day would not be too much and it's benefits might outweigh any minor discomfort.

Do not it the peal cause is not healthy to the body. Just the juice 🥤 is well better and healthy for the body.
Don’t eat the skin…. Cut the leaf and set upright in a glass of water for at least half an hour. Then using a knife or vegetable peeler, slice this top layer off and then scoop the gel. This is what you can eat or put it in a blender with some water or use in a smoothie.
