due to uneven surfaces of cpu and heatsink some gap remains between surface and heat could not transfer properly so we use thermal paste to full fill that gap
and dont use any cheap thermal past always use premium one which has good thermal conductivity

Sir mene mere computer k processor ko thanda rakhne k liye 6 saal baad apne haatho se pehli baar thermal paste lagaya. Mujhe pata nahi tha ki thermal paste kese lagate hai, mene machis ki tili mein thoda sa cotton lagake first time paste lagaya fir mujhe esa laga ki paste bht kam laga hai to mene meri finger se paste lagadiya. Sir thank you aaj aapka ye video dekhkar mujhe samajh aagaya ki paste kese lagana hai or kitna lagana hai. Thanks a lot sir.
